Everything was great, easy check-in and check-out, clean, spacious room with everything you need. Great and extensive breakfast. ㋛

Convenient parking, clean rooms, convenient transportation. There is REWE nearby, it is also close to the highway, and there are many restaurants nearby.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Our room was OK, the third bed should be replaced with a decent one as it squeaked and was getting old. Our large bed was super comfortable👍. We were a little disappointed that in a 4 star hotel the soap in the bathroom was completely empty and one of the lights didn't work. The handle in the elevator should also be fixed. Other than that, the hotel can be recommended.

Great environment, good service

Dirty and old hotel. Room was spacious but basically no one cared about us. They gave the room with a smile and nothing else. No welcome beverage. No water to drink in the room. The condition of the bathroom is max 2-star and the whole hotel is more 3-star, definitely not 4.

Nice hotel, clean and spacious room. Well worth the stay. The glitch was in ******* during booking stating you would may get a VIP upgrade and a free drink. When you arrive there is nothing of the sort by the hotel....no mention of the VIP nor the drink. ******* should drop the misinformation and just provide a good rate for the hotel room. The hotel room was good - the ******* communication was not!

Rooms were very simple, not 4 star grade. No minibar or refregiator, no airco, staff at reception was not very friendly.

The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was also polite and helpful. Enjoyed our overnight stay.

This was a weekend away with family attending an athletics event in Mannheim. So, the location of the hotel was perfects and we found the amenities including their services ideal and user friendly.

Furnishing and lighting are classic so if you're expecting a newly remodeled hotel this might not be for you. Their breakfast, service and amenities are amazing!

Nice simple hotel with a good restaurant.

Only spent a night here without breakfast so the review is based on minimal experience. We picked the hotel for the low price and its vicinity to the highway. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly receptionist. Room was clean. Obviously the it had been outdated, but efforts were made to modernize the look. Good bed. TV worked fine. Bathroom was clean, unfortunately a bath instead of shower cabin, but shower head is present and the water was warm and powerful enough. Toilet was put sideways to a wall, which is always a bit of an issue for me. No outside noise, just the occasional person passing by in the hallway, so I had a good night's rest. Other good points: the small bar to relax after arrival (did not use restaurant) and the free of charge electric charging overnight. Apparently free gym and sauna is present, so hopefully I can use those another time.
