"1. **Check-in** We were greeted with welcome drinks, and all the services available during our stay were thoroughly explained. After check-in, we were taken to our room by golf cart. 2. **Location** There's not much around, but they offer scooter rentals and a shuttle bus service. The shuttle bus goes to two night market areas, but it doesn't run very frequently. It was convenient for tours as the pier for ferries to Koh Tao was only about a 10-minute drive away. 3. **Room** The room was very clean and spacious, and the ocean view was absolutely stunning. The desk, closet, vanity, and refrigerator were all generously sized, making our stay completely stress-free. 4. **Bathroom** The bathroom was very clean, with excellent water pressure and temperature. Having two showerheads was very convenient, allowing two people to shower simultaneously. Amenities were also readily available by requesting them at the front desk. 5. **Facilities & Services** The hotel offers so many facilities and services that we couldn't even use them all during our stay. The gym was impressive for a hotel gym, equipped with 30kg dumbbells, a Smith machine, and 25kg/20kg plates, making it suitable for serious workouts. We had breakfast at the restaurant, which was an à la carte buffet, and every dish was delicious. We also dined there one evening; the food was excellent, and the prices were comparable to restaurants in town. The pool was under renovation for most of our stay, so we only got to use it on the last day, but it was a beautiful pool with a great atmosphere. 6. **Other** All the staff members were kind and attentive, and it felt like they effectively shared guest information among themselves. I fell ill during my stay and felt bad for inconveniencing the hotel, but the next day, every staff member I encountered asked if I was okay. I was extremely satisfied with both the facilities and services, and I would definitely love to stay here again if I visit Koh Samui in the future. I would confidently recommend this hotel to anyone I know visiting Koh Samui. The only minor drawback I could mention is the significant elevation changes within the property, which might be a bit inconvenient for those with mobility issues."

"The room was very spacious and clean, with a large balcony. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a bottle of chilled sparkling wine and dessert. The front desk staff spoke Chinese and were exceptionally friendly every month. When cleaning the room, they even replaced the ice in the ice bucket. Every afternoon, small snacks were delivered. One day, I returned to a cleaned room, but I had messed up the bed. During the short time I went out for dinner, the staff who delivered snacks also tidied up the room again and re-made the bed – fantastic! The views at Silavadee Resort are truly amazing, and the pool water is exceptionally clean. As soon as we got to the pool, staff immediately brought us iced lemonade, which was a lovely touch. The hotel breakfast was fantastic, offering both Western buffet and a la carte options, and everything tasted delicious. I especially loved the a la carte lobster rolls and fried rice; the lobster rolls had large chunks of lobster meat, and I easily had at least two every day, haha. All drinks were made to order, including various coffees, teas, and other beverages. Of course, there were also fresh juices at the buffet. The only minor drawback is that it's a bit far from the main road, but everything else was perfect. Our child had a great time and said they want to stay at Silavadee again next time we visit Koh Samui."

"The hotel is just a few meters away from the beach. We had the balcony with no sea view and still got to see the ocean. It was beautiful would definitely stay here again. Although I would recommend to air out the room first as we dealt with humidity smell for the first two nights."

"What an incredible stay. From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortless. The location is perfect, right on the beach, with beautiful surroundings and a relaxed atmosphere that makes it very hard to leave. The service is truly five star. The staff are absolutely outstanding and go above and beyond in every way. Nothing is too much trouble, and they genuinely care about making your stay special. It is rare to experience hospitality at this level. The whole experience felt polished, professional, and luxurious. One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Yes, it is expensive, but in this case you genuinely get what you pay for. We did not mind paying for that level of service and quality. We would absolutely return."

"My friends and I were so pleasantly surprised! It's such an artistic spot right by the sea, tucked away and completely quiet. The sand is incredibly fine, the waves are gentle, and swimming in the ocean first thing in the morning was just heavenly! There are restaurants everywhere right outside, and it's super close to Central Samui, which is incredibly convenient! A perfect vacation!"

"The hotel, grounds, and restaurant are very beautiful. We stayed for a day for a photo shoot before heading home. The photos turned out beautifully. We had a villa with a garden view, and both the interior and terrace were very cozy. However, there are some caveats: bring your own water to avoid going to the store; it's not very close, and four bottles are not enough because you should never buy tap water. The swimming beach is dirty; you have to walk a considerable distance or take a taxi to a good beach. For those who enjoy a pool, the pool area is wonderful and atmospheric. The air conditioning blew onto the bed and was very noisy, so we only slept comfortably with the fans on. The service and staff were excellent, and the atmosphere was welcoming throughout."

"I loved the location of the hotel, the happy hour, and the wide variety of breakfast options. It’s the kind of place where you can easily spend the whole day relaxing, with beautiful swimming pools and plenty of activities to enjoy. There are a couple of areas that could be improved. One of the lifts was out of order during our stay, and the staff could have been a bit more attentive overall. A special shoutout to the male staff member who led the activities, including making fish from coconut leaves, boxing, and yoga. He was incredibly friendly, enthusiastic, and did an amazing job making the activities fun and engaging. He really made our stay more enjoyable. Overall we’ll come back again."

"Our two-day stay at the Banyan Tree's two-bedroom villa was incredibly comfortable and relaxing, perfect for families or friends vacationing together. The villa was spacious with a well-designed layout, and both bedrooms offered great privacy. The common courtyard and private pool were ideal for relaxing and socializing. The hotel directly faces the bay, boasting a fantastic tropical garden ambiance that is both serene and peaceful. The accompanying services were thoughtful and attentive; we could even have afternoon tea delivered to our villa, allowing us to enjoy sea views and delicious food without leaving. Dinner also featured wonderful performances, making for a perfect holiday."

"I had a great experience with staying in Anavana resort - cosy apartment with boutique furniture and details like aromacosmethics. Very clean both room and territory. The location is also great for me - not in the noisy center of Chaweng but still easy to reach by feet or songteo, fruit shop, 7-eleven are right at the entrance of the lobby as well as many restaurants options nearby. The beach is very clean with fine white and and smooth slope. Thai lesson was as surprising bonus. Next time visiting Samui will definitely choose this resort again."

"The sea here is objectively very dirty with a silty bottom, so murky you can't even see your feet if you wade in ankle-deep. The villas are in need of renovation; the bathroom walls look like they've been smeared, not painted. The towels, especially the beach ones, are in very poor condition, and the bed linen has holes. Breakfasts are decent with a wide buffet selection. You can also have lunch and dinner at the restaurant; prices are above average, but the food is tasty. The staff are smiling and attentive. There's a good gym with a great view of the pool. The pool water is very warm, so it doesn't offer much of a cool-down. There are enough sun loungers for everyone, and plenty of tables at breakfast. The location is convenient, right next to Big C and a 5-minute walk from 7-Eleven. It's also a 10-minute walk to the Fisherman's Village, which has a wide variety of restaurants and bars."
