"I initially thought I'd found a hidden gem, but after checking in, I realized it wasn't beachfront – it's actually across the road and quite a distance from the sea. That said, the environment is truly nice, and the pool and beach are freely accessible."

"A warm welcome from the reception staff and they were nice enough to bring us and our bags up to our room, good thing too as the hills within the hotel rooms are very steep. Extremely nice room, beautiful infinity pool overlooking Koh Samui. The breakfast is excellent with many choices you order off the menu rather than the traditional buffet style. The gym was also well equipt for a light workout. The only thing I will say is that this hotel is slightly difficult to access if you are on foot. Its not like you can take a 5 minute stroll to the main high street, its a long windy road with lots of hills and sharp turns, a car or scooter will be needed to get from the hotel to the town but aside from that its an excellent hotel and I would happily visit again."

"Nice and clean, comfy bungalows with modern styling bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet with peekaboo windows from room, and outdoor shower with rack for hanging wet towels and swimming wear. Nice terrace with table and chairs to sit outside and enjoy fresh morning air, and lovely evenings. The staff is very friendly and the ladies in the restaurant were very gracious. The 3 tiered pools were lovely with gorgeous view.  The middle one needed some cleaning of leaves that blew down from the wind. The hot water filled only half the tub, but after waiting 15min the water heater was able to fill up the rest of the tub, which was enjoyable and worth the extra effort. Good value and comfortable."

"Lovely hotel with a beautiful view and amenities. It has everything you would need for a beach holiday. They provide towels and a beach bag. The staff are all lovely and very helpful. The service was good with cleaning. One thing I would say is you need a car/bike to travel to the main ***** of shops and restaurants and the main area of the beach. The hotel does have its own section next to the pool for the beach but the stairs go straight into the water (which is shallow) so is fine to get onto the beach area."

"My daughter wanted to stay in a villa, so we chose this hotel, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise! The hotel was renovated in 2011, so it's a bit old, but it's very well-maintained overall. The lobby is grand and new, and the entire hotel feels like a miniature tropical jungle. Half of it is dedicated to various villas spread out, while the other half has pools connecting the rooms. Even though there are many trees, we didn't encounter any mosquitoes or insects, so the hotel must have treated the area. The hotel has its own beach with white sand and turquoise water. I woke up every day hoping to catch the sunrise, but unfortunately, it rained during my entire stay, so I only saw the morning glow. The hotel service is excellent; they promptly resolve any issues. We stayed in a Grand Bunch Garden Bungalow and added an extra bed. The room's amenities and details were well-maintained, and the shower was very comfortable. The only minor quirk was the traditional key and wooden bolt lock on the door. We didn't know how to lock it at first, so we called the front desk, and they patiently showed us how, haha. The hotel's location is its biggest highlight – right in the heart of Chaweng Beach's liveliest street in Koh Samui! ARK BAR is right next door. Their restaurant serves delicious food, and the beach bar at night is incredibly vibrant! There are fireworks and a fire show every night from 8 PM to 2 AM, allowing us to experience Koh Samui's nightlife up close. Plus, the hotel offers a quiet retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. While it's located on a street filled with bars, restaurants, and massage parlors, the bar noise can be loud at night, so it's a good idea to request a room away from the bar street when booking. There are many massage places and restaurants along the street outside the hotel, all similarly priced and of good quality with clear pricing, so you can choose based on your preference! My family was very satisfied this time, and I'm even writing a review for the first time, haha! 😃"

"Hotel was in a perfect location for travelling around the island, yet still able to get a good night sleep & no outside noise. We opted for breakfast which had a great selection. Amenities in the room beach bag/ flip flops , robes & mini bar with soft drinks Pools were clean Not a huge amount of sun loungers , 1 morning we spent at the pool people had put towels down but were no where to be seen and we couldn't get a spot in the sun. Bar service is a little slow as staff didn't man the pool bar all day long. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend"

"I had a great time staying here. I liked the breakfast; you could choose what you want to eat. I liked the swimming pool at the beach. Near beach, shops, pharmacy and restaurants. All staff is helpful and friendly."

"We spent 2 weeks with my daughter in this hotel. Good staff, always ready to help with a smile and really with desire. The location of the hotel is good, the first coastline. Large sandy beach, sometimes there were not enough sun loungers. Breakfasts are very modest. Prices in the hotel restaurant are high, mostly ate in other places"

"Good hotel, the room has everything you need, including complimentary water, a kettle, tea/coffee, and a hairdryer. The only downside is the poor soundproofing; there's noise from both the road and the surrounding area, and a rooster starts crowing like crazy from 4 AM."
