Fairfield Inn & Suites Columbia Downtown

Welcoming staff, easy check in. Room was clean and well designed for a comfortable stay. Love having coffee and tea available in the lobby area.

I didn’t like that our tv had no sound. The gentleman tried to fix it and could not fix it so we watched tv in silence.

Hotel was clean and located in a convenient spot to the Colonial Life Arena and local restaurants

The staff was very accommodating. I did have to ask for a different room due to a needed repair to the heating unit. Low backup battery signal from the smoke detector woke me way too early. The room was in otherwise excellent condition. Very nice and clean. I do recommend this hotel due to the caring and actions of the staff I would stay again.

We’ll there’s a lot that happen. The button in the elevator didn’t work for the 4th floor. My kureg did not work in my room . The breakfast was out of some food when I went down and the lady working was very rude . The coffee was terrible. Bagels felt stale . I most likely not stay there on my net stay in the area.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and offered a large variety. Our room was clean and comfortable. However, our room was on the busy road side and the noise was just awful. Couldn't get to sleep until 2am when the traffic slowed up. Next time we'll be requesting a room on the other side of the hotel. And, yes, we would definitely stay again!

I checked in over phone! Very easy. Only complaint was eggs were cold. Otherwise a very nice stay.

Came for football game. Glad it was near my exit to leave and quick accommodations for early arrivals!! Room was amazing love the windows for a dim light at night. It was quiet and I slept great!

Employees I came in contact with were all very friendly, however, "clean" towels and pillow cases in my hotel room had makeup on them.
