I am writing to express my dismay with the communication services with your hotel. My reservation was cancelled because i asked them why they had try to charge my credit card, 9 days before fulfilling the free cancellation conditions. The answer was totally unprofessional and rude. They had no reason to cancelled my reservation. They motivated by the fact that I don't have money on the card but when i asked them to send me the proof, the receipt, that i do not have money on my credit card, i didn't received any answer. Also, i sent them my email address ( the conversation was on ***********) to be able to send me back a credit card authorization form to put my credit card details and a picture with the details. All the time they mention in our conversation that my credit card is invalid. I hope it's just an isolated case and you can take steps to make sure this situation never happen.

It is a wonderful location close to the beach, very friendly, clean staff and lots of useful information about and where to eat well. They only have breakfast here at the moment. Prices are ok. I recommend this place. Parking spaces, Thank you for everything, we will be back.

Wondeful management. The hotel is a bit old bur charming. With a nice sea view. The staff bere really made sure we had a wonderful trip. We were a party of 10 for the sigep trade show. Highly recommended for any occasion. I will for sure come back next year for the trade show.

Abbiamo passato due notti al Fedora e siamo stati molto bene Ambiente pulito e personale molto gentile La camera era un po’ piccola am con balcone con vista mare e come punto d’appoggio è perfetto Buona la colazione a buffet completa di tutto

Ho soggiornato con il nipotino di tre anni, prima volta dei nonni da soli con il piccolo. La struttura e' molto pulita e accogliente, la gentilezza e i sorrisi abbondano. I bambini sono piccoli principi, coccolati da una super animatrice e da tante accortezze della direzione. La cucina e' eccellente, tanta varieta' e abbondanza, serviti dal sorriso romagnolo della signora Susanna, che ancora ringrazio per le premure. Grazie al signor Claudio, a Rosy e a tutto il personale, ci siamo sentiti a casa. Consigliatissimo per chi ha bambini.

Staff molto Gentile e cordiale. Ambiente accogliente e davvero davvero molto pulito. Posizione strategica con tutto a portata di mano e vista sul mare. Siamo stati molto bene con un bimbo di 3 anni. Lo consiglio!

Buona struttura in posizione centrale su viale Regina Elena e molto prossima alla spiaggia. Stanze sufficientemente pulite ma forse poco spaziose. Per cui lo consiglio soprattutto per soggiorni brevi. Colazione non proprio eccelsa, ma considerato il prezzo, su qualcosa bisogna pur fare economia! Insomma un buon compromesso prezzo-qualità.

Trovato per caso sul web ci siamo basati sulla posizione centrale e devo dire che abbiamo azzeccato Le camere non sono grandissime e neppure il bagno ma ha un fantastico terrazzo Ottima l'accoglienza e la colazione, varia e con una macchina per le bevande calde davvero fantastica I gestori sono persone sempre sorridenti e pronte a risolvere qualsiasi situazione Rapporto qualità-prezzo più che corretto Bravi

Ottimo , sono stata con mio marito per un weekend, camere piccole ma pulite e dotate di ogni comfort. Colazione a buffet super abbondante e per tutti i gusti. Hotel fronte mare, con pochi passi sei in spiaggia . Da andarci ad occhi chiusi. Altro vantaggio che la metro mare è subito dietro l' albergo
