Residence Eurogarden

A nice place for families! Top hospitality, very kind, if you have a problem I'll solve it for you. Parking is limited and you pay 10 euros a day. If it doesn't fit, they'll take care of it as soon as a space becomes available! There were 3 of us with our large labrador dog in the 2nd building with a nice entrance on the 3rd floor with lift, apartment with kitchen, fridge, microwave, oven, induction, there is everything you need with a sofa bed, then there is the other room with a double bed and a second single bed and a small desk with mirror and the smart TV on the wall and you can watch Amazon prime and Neflix with your profile and with their WiFi the bathroom is a little narrow but efficient, the thing that What was surprising was that the hairdryer was finally very powerful, usually there is that tube attached to the wall which never works, compliments. Top air conditioning, close the windows and the bathroom well, there are sensors to start the air conditioner if the thermostat light is red it's fine, but if it doesn't turn on you haven't closed the bathroom door or windows properly! Soft towels, changed every 2 days, are included with the apartment. Balcony with distant sea view, mini table with 2 chairs, the hotel is more or less 150 meters from the sea! Impeccable cleanliness!!! In the 1st building where the reception is located there is also a bar and next to it the swimming pool where children and parents can have fun. Then for the sea there is the beach for dogs with XXL enclosures... for eating there is no problem at the end of the road there is a pizzeria restaurant there are 3 different ones nearby for breakfast after the 1 pizzeria there 'It's a pastry shop, ice cream shop, they're the end of the world! Then if you want to save money from the residence go to the end of the road where you see the railway, turn right, take the underpass, go straight for 300 meters and you'll find the CRAI SUPERMARKET, what can I say, everything within reach .. a big hello to Grazia and Paolo!!

We stayed in the residence, two adults, a nine year old child and a dog. The apartment has some good things, and some that are wrong in my opinion. But for the amount paid, it might be fine in the end. Uncomfortable beds, the balcony was really small, the good thing was that the air conditioning made the environment quite comfortable. The residence is located next to the hotel, which has a swimming pool, where we were able to enter with the dog, without letting him get wet obviously, but so that we could all be together and not get separated. Small but nice pool, a little dated. Among the negative points, the parking, we paid 70 euros, but in the end we didn't have the parking, as it was full of cars, leaving the keys at the reception they thought about parking. The trouble is that if you had to go out, you had to wait for the other cars to move. We were very disappointed with the animation, which was practically absent, even though it was reported that it was there, and this greatly lowers my rating. Fairly central location, but Rimini as I remembered it was something else. Practically all the same shops, all selling the same photocopied things, little life on the practically deserted seafront. Years ago it wasn't like this, I remember very different holidays. Obviously this does not depend on the residence, but it is clear that a judgment must take everything into account, and therefore the evaluation is accordingly. In conclusion, a holiday not to be repeated, especially if you are looking for entertainment, entertainment and high quality.

Excellent hotel. Very close to the beach. Moreover, the beach is not in the center, so there are many places. There is a children's playground on the beach. The hotel provides free bicycles. There is a small pool at the hotel with sun loungers. Nearby are Konad and Krai shops, as well as a metro and bus stop. The rooms are cozy, everything is there. The views are good. There is a railway road nearby, I thought it would be noisy, but it turned out that it didn’t bother me at all. Particular attention should be paid to the owners. Very kind and friendly, they always help and meet you halfway, very pleasant. Thanks to them.

Let me start by saying that I am not a person who has big demands, and honestly it doesn't matter if the furniture is new or a little older, but I don't compromise on details and cleanliness!!! Old and damaged mattress, burnt and punctured mattress cover, stained sofa (disgraceful), greasy oven, dirty insignia. Truly a shame.

La camera che ho prenotato era “ristrutturata” ma aveva poco o nulla di ristrutturato. Fatto presente che avevo prenotato la camera “ristrutturata” e mi è stato detto che era proprio quella. Il soffitto era composto da pannelli stile supermercato, ingialliti ed anche sconnessi. Il pavimento della cucina presentava una forte pendenza per nascondere evidentemente tubazioni. L’aria condizionata a volte era inesistente. Il bagno aveva i porta asciugamani rotti, come il lavandino scheggiato e la doccia che non chiudeva del tutto. La camera ristrutturata forse è perché sono stati cambiati i mobili che di fatto sono nuovi. Il parcheggio è condiviso senza posto assegnato, di conseguenza, si parcheggia anche dietro ad altre auto bloccandole. per uscire devi aspettare che vengano spostate tutte le auto che ostruiscono la manovra che è difficoltosa vista le dimensioni ridotte del parcheggio.

Sono già tre anni che soggiorniamo al residence Eurogarden in periodi diversi, quest'anno abbiamo fatto la penultima settimana di giugno tre adulti una bambina ed una cagnolina,gli appartamenti sono sempre molto puliti, attrezzati di tutto quello che serve,e nota molto positiva non si sentono i rumori dagli appartamenti vicini, a disposizione anche piscina, biciclette e il parcheggio per la macchina, ci siamo trovati benissimo e i proprietari sempre molto gentili e disponibili.

Ho soggiornato al Residence Eurogarden le prime due settimane di agosto con mio figlio di 11 anni. Il mio bilocale era pulito e super accessoriato. Viene messa a disposizione per tutti i clienti un'aspirapolvere per piano che può sempre essere utile. Piscina sempre pulita. Personale super gentile. Comodissimo il posteggio per l'auto. Vicino al mare e convenzionato con una spiaggia ben attrezzata (anche con le cassette di sicurezza gratuite). Ci siamo trovati veramente bene e speriamo di poterci tornare l'anno prossimo. Un grosso grazie a tutto lo staff.

Ho soggiornato all eurogarden dal 4 Settembre al 10 con il mio compagno il mio bimbo e il nostro cane. Personale gentile e disponibile il mio bimbo ha fatto un paio di "danni" sul lenzuolo e sull asciugamano non hanno avuto problemi a fornire lenzuola e asciugamani puliti...inoltre l ultimo giorno ci hanno permesso di tenere la macchina lì dove l avevamo parcheggiata e goderci la spiaggia anche se dovevamo lasciare l appartamento alle 10. Posizione direi eccellente a 3 minuti dalla dog beach che avevamo prenotato e vicino a un ristorante veramente ottimo. Ha un servizio di biciclette gratuito.. Lo terrò in considerazione per il futuro...
