老闆人很好，加了微信有問題都是很快回復，因為我們到的早，老闆還給協調了提前入住。房間設施齊全，設施很新，洗漱用品洗臉巾浴巾啥的都是一次性的，乾淨整潔，而且確實是妥妥的海景房，離萬平口5號門和4號門很近，到海邊走路5分鐘，要想看日出超級方便。房間配備了洗衣機和電磁爐以及餐具等，洗衣做飯都十分方便。樓下便利店飯館都有，購物和吃飯十分方便，餐館也是明碼標價，沒有欺騙客人。準備來日照的朋友可以收藏，出來玩要想要開心也要休息好，所以乾淨舒適便捷的住宿必定是首選了。

房間的話總體來説性價比高，但是衞生搞得真不咋地，灰塵較多。是正兒八經的公寓房。最最主要的是沒有免費停車🅿️，我停住的地方路邊結果被交警貼個罰單，本來出來是開心玩的，結果遇到這事兒，讓人心情很鬱悶。樓下早晚都挺吵的。還有就是一進房間網絡就是壞的，忍了一晚自己的數據網，糟透了。有廚房卻沒有鍋，如果趕海的話還是不適合。有鍋可以把趕海帶回的東西清蒸下沾着海鮮醬就可以吃了多好。

房間位置不錯，離方平口五號門，牡蠣公園都很近，樓下超市，飯店都很多，非常方便。唯一遺憾的是放家裡衞生稍差，其它都還不錯！性價比很高

到之前我打電話問有沒有地方停車 老闆讓我到另一家店遠三公里 原本訂的有冰箱洗衣機 換了一家啥也沒有 連掛衣服的衣架都沒有 房間夠用 就是配套不齊 就是公寓樓 不是正規酒店！
