It needs some updating, but it really needs decent staff. We booked thru priceline and called to see if we would be able to change our dates if needed. Both Priceline and Hotel said yes - we did not have a non-refundable reservation. Lavonne at front desk told us we could have a partial refund, then we we don't get the refund....they say the won't do it. Anshu Kapoor is the manager and he won't even answer the phone! Horrible to be a Wyndham rewards member and get screwed for $400!!! Won't stay again!

The AC was great as it was high 90s out and it made for wonderful white noise to drown out even the thunderstorm. The bed is comfy but could use an update. Great value, location, and a really good hot breakfast.

Only a few rooms are actually pet friendly. Our non-smoking, pet friendly room REEKED of smoke. We got in super late after a long day of traveling over multiple states so it wasn't worth the hassle of trying to move rooms. I'll be paying more to stay somewhere else pet friendly in the future. I'm sure if you don't have a pet it will be just fine. We've stayed in multiple AmericInn hotels without issues in the past.

Booked this room thinking we could grab breakfast before we left in the morning. Webpage said they had free breakfast hotel directory said they had breakfast and showed where to go. The bathroom we very dirty, dirt and hair in the bathtub and hair on the floor. Beding had stains and the room was generally not clean. I didn't complain about the room being we didn't get there till late and just wanted to rest. I. The morning when I went for breakfast the room was locked so I asked where to go the front desk just laughed and said they hadn't served breakfast for about two years. They had a small paper at the front desk that said that they canceled breakfast. I said they should update there online info and he just blew me off.

Wow where do I start. We booked a whirlpool suite as we haven't traveled in two years and thought it would be a nice treat. We visited friends in the area and returned to our room to relax in the whirlpool before tuning in for the night we followed the directions on the card on top of the towels on how to run the tub. and once filled we went in and it didnt work. it was late we were tired and went to bed. woke up in the morning for our feel breakfast which on the website says included. and there was a sign that said 'no breakfast today". went to front desk to check out and told the person that I would pay for a king room because out whirlpool didnt work and the breakfast wasn't available. She said to call the general manager and gave me his card called next day and he wasn't available. called the nest day and the general manager answered and I told him my concerns and offer to pay for the king room and not the suite. He said we didnt follow the directions and it was our fault and would not do anything for us. I am a gold customer and with wyndham hotels but that doesnt matter here. After trying to explain over and over my reasoning he was just being so rude and I told him he was being a @ss hole. He went on about something still being rude I told him again he was being a @sshole and that I was going to call corporate headquarters and that is when he told me to F' OFF and hung up the phone. I guess customer service is not his thing and he is definitely not in the right business. to wrap up my story DO NOT STAY THERE !!!
