"This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at during my self-driving trip through Gannan and Western Sichuan. I reckon the staff must have been trained like those at Haidilao or Pang Dong Lai, their service is so courteous and attentive, making you feel great! The hotel facilities are easily 4-star plus. The hotel restaurant isn't expensive, portions are generous, and the food tastes good! The breakfast spread is rich, and they even have freshly ground coffee! They also gave me a parting gift when I left! I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Western Sichuan! Highly, highly, highly recommended!"

"I took my mom and kids to Bipenggou for Christmas and chose this hotel. The Tibetan-style lobby was incredibly grand and unique. Every time we came back from outside, I'd just sit on the sofa, watching the dog and the kids play around – it was so relaxing. The room was spacious and very clean, and every night they offered white fungus soup and small snacks. On our last day, we even had hot pot and barbecue at the hotel, which was really enjoyable. The hotel's breakfast was exceptionally rich, and there was a large vegetable garden they cultivated themselves in the backyard. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area."

"Coming to Bipenggou, I blindly chose this hotel and it turned out to be absolutely divine! Tucked away in the mountains, the courtyard has a Japanese style, and the hot spring pools and '圍爐煮茶' (tea by the fireplace) corner are incredibly atmospheric – perfect for photos. The room's floor-to-ceiling windows offer a direct mountain view, and the in-room floor heating is wonderfully comfortable. After a hot spring soak at night, returning to the room, looking out at the green mountains, feeling all warm and cozy, is truly therapeutic. The service is also thoughtful, with delicate afternoon tea. I felt completely relaxed throughout my stay. I'll definitely be staying here again next time!"

"Traveling in early spring here was wonderfully quiet and pleasant. The facilities are brand new and well-equipped, and breakfast was hot and plentiful. It's also super convenient to walk to the scenic area. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Bipenggou."

"I brought my kids to western Sichuan to see the snow during the winter break. After a lot of research and comparing many hotels, I finally chose this one and it didn't disappoint! As soon as we arrived at the parking lot, the front desk staff immediately came out to help with our luggage – super thoughtful. Check-in was super fast, done in just 2 minutes, making the whole process comfortable and hassle-free. We had dinner directly at the hotel, and the yak meat truly amazed me. I heard the owner's wife personally selects authentic yak meat from the market; the meat was tender and incredibly flavorful. Later in the evening, we enjoyed a soak in the hot spring; the water temperature was perfect, washing away all the tiredness from a day of traveling. It's incredibly refreshing to find such a hassle-free and comfortable place when traveling with kids. Highly recommended!"

"Gurgou in winter is absolutely stunning. The moment we approached the hotel and saw rows of wooden cabins, we were immediately captivated by the picturesque scenery. Ms. Meizi at the front desk gave us a warm welcome and efficiently handled our check-in. She also provided us with numerous thoughtful tips, which made us feel right at home. We immediately headed to experience the hotel's renowned hot spring service after settling in, and indeed, soaking in the hot spring in sub-zero weather was incredibly warming and delightful!"

"Overall, I had a good experience, so I extended my stay by another night. The hot springs, in particular, were great. On both mornings I was there, I noticed the pool was empty and clean. They refilled it in the afternoon, which made it feel very hygienic."

"The private hot spring tub in the hotel room had a bit of hair left in it, which wasn't cleaned, but everything else was spotless. There's also underfloor heating in the room. The staff were all very polite and helped with luggage as soon as I arrived. The hotel also has a restaurant; I ordered dinner, and they even delivered it to my room. After finishing, I messaged their WeChat customer service, and they came to clear everything away. The food was delicious too. The view outside the hotel is amazing! It was a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely stay here again next time. 👍"

"The room is smaller than expected, this room type does not have any scenery, not recommended. However, the floor heating is very hot and the bathroom is OK. Hotel location is very inconvenient, there is nothing to eat, it is recommended to stay after eating (this hotel should inform in advance, many people have run twice in vain, the road is not easy to open). Overall there is no service, it feels like living in someone else's house is weird."

"Very comfortable place, I like to stay and continue to live! Newly opened but the house has not been renovated for a long time. The bedding and the like are very good. In the middle of the mountain, the scenery is good and quiet. Room pictures are what you see and what you get. The homestay is really pet friendly, no extra cleaning fee, there are two cute kittens in the store. The boss is very good and the service is warm and thoughtful. The meal tastes good too. You can also bring your own ingredients to cook, and give a stove fire fee."
