Milan Hotels with Rooftop Pools

"Near the airport and hotel shuttle service to and from Malpensa airport cost 5 Euros per person per trip, stating from 4am and ends at 1130pm. But Taxi to and from airport is expensive with Taxi drivers refusing to turn on the meter and insisting on charging 35 Euros one way. Breakfast was tasty. Reception staff were friendly. Bedsheets were a bit rough but otherwise is a hotel worth considering if you need to catch an early plane."

"Opting for a room with a balcony was definitely the right choice! All my requests made during booking were met, and I was given a room with a fantastic view. The bathroom is incredibly spacious, featuring both a bathtub and a shower – very comfortable. The location is super convenient, with a metro entrance right outside the hotel. This particular station is also less crowded and very clean. It's incredibly easy to get to the Duomo area and surroundings; in fact, it was so convenient that I ended up taking the metro back to the hotel after shopping. For dining, there's an Ole supermarket nearby, though it's a bit of a walk. If you don't mind walking, it's a great option. Along the way, you'll find plenty of restaurants that are authentic and reasonably priced."

"I stayed at this hotel for one night as a stopover before an early morning flight, and overall it served its purpose quite well. The Good: The location is brilliant if you need quick access to the airport – super convenient and saved us a lot of stress the next morning. Breakfast starts early, which was a lifesaver for our 6 AM departure. The selection was decent and everything was fresh. Special mention goes to the bathroom amenities – honestly some of the best I've encountered in this price range. The toiletries smelled absolutely amazing, and the quality was genuinely impressive. It's those little touches that can make a difference! The Not-So-Good:Upon check-in, we were standing right next to a sign clearly stating that every guest receives a complimentary welcome drink. The reception staff didn't offer it or even acknowledge it, which felt a bit odd and disappointing. We didn't want to ask (perhaps we should have), but it would've been nice if they'd simply followed their own policy. The Rest: Room was clean and comfortable enough – nothing fancy, but perfectly adequate for an airport hotel. No major complaints about cleanliness, noise levels, or facilities. Bottom Line: Would I stay again? Yes, for the convenience and that lovely shower experience alone! Would I expect them to honor their welcome drink promise next time? Also yes. A solid choice for a practical overnight stay, just don't get your hopes up about the advertised perks."

"Renovated ex-Holiday Inn Linate Hotel with pool and quite good breakfast (check incl. rates (sometimes 10€/room more), to pay extra on site is not recommended (Italian breakfast in bar 3-4€... AC was woking at 38C summer 25, pool is nice (mosqitos after 18:00) Free parking is a plus but location is remote (car needed) Recommended for business, Airport users - not to visit Milano!"

"Calimala is a new hotel, opened in July 2025. The room is very well designed, same as the reception area. One can park the car just opposite the hotel, quite convenient though the parking fee of 41euro is quite high! Breakfast and bar/swimming pool are set on the 2 top floors so that guests can enjoy the view and outdoor, a smart consideration indeed."

"Service was excellent, I had dinner at the bar and it was very nice. Lovely balcony to sit outside and have a drink. Room was small but clean and tidy. Unfortunately, I had someone in the room across from me loudly talking on the phone at 12.20pm but that isnt the fault of the hotel. Great shuttle service too"

"I often write reviews but I feel the duty to do this because of how we met with the service and everything. We stayed in this hotel at ferragosto horse, in a double room with two single beds. Only this type of room was available. We stayed mostly pee to bring our daughter to the pool. We had no great expectations but as soon as we arrived we were welcomed by the very kind concierge Eleonora who was welcomed immediately with a smile. The room was clean and silent, though the hotel was full at those dates. The pool also is clean seems new. You can consume cocktail with cutting made by the hotel itself. Also breakfast buffet was varied (with eggs broken, bacon and wurstel) cake bricks etc. The girls of the fun and always smile cleaning. Also the staff of the breakfast room. It is rare to see this hospitality in the hotels. I also add to the rooms for the dressing, which are very useful and suitable for this category hotel. Overall excellent hotel, to recommend, with large spaces, for big and children where to spend a relaxing holiday or short stays . nice staff. We will surely return"

"Everything is good, the only problem is the blow dryer is broken, the food in the breakfast is the same everyday, they should change it every day, the location is weird because it is like in the middle of the residential area but the staffs are good and they are cleaning everyday. Please bring your own socket if you are from other countries hotel is not providing. All in all our stay is good. Train station 10mins walk and easy going to the center."
