Puerto Vallarta Hotels with Rooftop Pools

"We had a good time at this hotel for 1 week. The room we had was too small for any longer a stay. But it was inexpensive. To stay for longer, you would want to book one of the junior suites for sure. The beach is lovely, and the location can't be beat. Food in the restaurant was okay, but many more food opportunities in the area."

"Generally speaking, this all-inclusive hotel can only be said to be a decent stay, so don't have any high expectations. Hotel🏨: The hotel is a bit old, which can be clearly felt in the rooms and all facilities. This aspect actually doesn't matter, after all, this kind of thing is inevitable. The facilities are all available, it's just a matter of the senses. The only highlight of this stay was the service. The employees here are very friendly and don't look bad. Food: Not so great here. Restaurant hygiene needs to be improved because flies and mosquitoes are highly visible (be sure to bring mosquito repellent). The food styles are all the same. The steaks eaten in French cuisine are exactly the same as those eaten in the steakhouse the day before. The presentation is the same🤣. When they walked to the restaurant where the topic was placed, they all ate about the same amount. The food tastes good, but the variety is not that great. Beach 🏖️: Incomparable to Cancun, the beach here is not the white beach like Cancun. The beach in Puerto Vallarta is darker and has more stones (at least this hotel's beach is like this) Near the hotel: There is a shopping mall 10 minutes up or down from the hotel. There is a Gong Cha milk tea shop nearby within walking distance. Supermarkets and oxxo convenience stores are not far from the hotel. The streetscape is not very fancy but it is still safe for the president. I took my daughter out for a walk and didn't feel any danger. As long as you're walking on the street, there's really no problem."

"We always wanted to stay in the Marina area. The Flamingo was a wonderful choice. Beautiful grounds, pool and restaurant/bar. We loved the view from our balcony."

"I had to switch rooms twice because it was either not what I booked/paid for, or because it smelled like cigarettes. The 3rd and final room I stayed in was actually perfect. So I think the cig room was an exception to the norm. Something else that kinda sucked about the place though, was that the windows don’t open, not even a crack. So there’s no fresh air, just recycled air through the entire hotel. The location was perfect, close to the airport. And it was quiet, and nice and dark, my son and I slept really well."

"A perfect hotel for the travelers with a clean room and modern facility only walking distance to the airport. The breakfast is very good. The front desk is very slow. I waited for around 30 minutes for checking."

"Very nice hotel the top of the hills in Conchas Chinas. Staff is very friendly and the hotel is quite clean and maintained. Great view of the sea with very comfortable beds and a nice hotel restaurant."

"We really liked the hotel, the rooms are not like the images, at least we didn't get the modern rooms as in the images! Outside of that everything was fine!"

"Our room was 2 feet from the elevator in the main lobby! We can hear every single person talking and walking by our door as well as kids screaming because the ice cream shop was 15 feet away. The amount of pressure they are putting on every single guest to go and attend the timeshare promotion is unbelievable. If you attend, usually they give you some decent gifts. We get a $200 voucher to spend on the food and drinks. Most of the time they didn't want to take vouchers, or you had to spend the whole $50 at once because the rule was not money back. So if we spend $30 or $40 we have to give them $50. The food was everything but good. The promotional taco dinner was disgusting, with dry fish, beef with no flavor, and dry and overcooked chicken. And they didn't accept vouchers. I went back home with an unused $50 voucher in my pocket because I couldn't use it. Ramon and Martin from the front desk were the nicest, warmest, and friendliest people I ever met. All the servers and workers are very hard-working people."
