"Nice rooftop infinity pool. Facilities are good and well maintained. Stayed at a higher floor 3 bed room unit. The house has an insanely city view of malacca. Beds are decent, place is clean, just that a minor sewage smell from the master bedroom toilet. Overall, its a perfect place for short getaway to malacca. Oh, the host is very nice too, always checking with us to see if everything is fine."

"Nice cosy and laid-back hotel very close to the heart of town. Nice pool at the top which is a rare find in this part of town when you are considering the bigger hotels. Overall, a very enjoyable stay for our small family and we will definitely be back! Bonus: Breakfast was quite good and I kept going back for extra helpings of the fried lou shu fun."

"The four night I was in Melaka means I had stayed in a different hotel for 3 nights, and I was very happy the fourth night I stayed at Amanjiwa 99 Residences it was really comfortable, the hotel was spacious the place was lively, clean, the swimming pool was clean, the one who kept the swimming pool was friendly I forgot to ask their names that I wanted to say to the Malay untie also the Indian men they were kind and friendly in conclusion I feel satisfied staying here now I put it on the list recommend to friends and relatives thank you Amanjiwa And there is another good news which is that there is a Mart as well as a restaurant👍"

"What u see in the photos are true. Clean and tidy apartment with plates n bowls nicely laid out on the dining table. Easy check in/out and free parking. Management is efficient in communication and kind enough to grant late check out. They have an arcade n pool tables room/late nite snacks counter at the ground floor which closes at 12am. They also have a stall selling cup corns and waffles. Pool is big and exciting especially for kids. The adult pool and kids pool are separated with nice view n close at 10pm. Security guards are friendly. Will come again next time!"
