Firstly as someone who reads plenty of reviews , I thought it was keen to write one and also to provide some context and honesty. I always read reviews based on the fact that some people will love a place and others pick fault. The hotel is lovely we were in room 527 which overlooked the sea which was beautiful. The room had two large double beds, a lovely bathroom and wonderful balcony. It was clean and tidy. The food was what you would expect from a buffet. Plenty of choice and hot. For all those people reviewing the food negatively, they need to re evaluate what they expect from a buffet style hotel. Highlights were the omelettes (lovely lady serving them) and the kids loved the Nutella and chocolate fountain pancakes (as did I). The evening meal choices were vast with plenty of salad, grilled meat and fish options alongside other delicacies and the classic pizza and pasta area. We were half board so can’t comment on lunches or snack bar. The hotel was relatively quiet for our stay, so we didn’t have any issues with queues and all the staff we encountered throughout our stay were brilliant and help me with some of my Spanish pronunciation. The bar area is well located with plenty of seating. Nothing better than a nice cold sangria over looking the pool. The pools were cold but once in it was fine, the slides were great fun as well. Yes there are some cracked tiles but for such a large pool area this wasn’t an issue and I’m sure the hotel will improve for next season. There are plenty of flat walks in either direction at the back of the hotel following the footpath. Bikes and electric scooters can be hired locally and the well signed cycle paths adjacent to the footpath gave us great fun. We visited the market on Thursday which was classic Spanish market, there is a shopping centre (Grand plaza) that is either a good walk or short bus trip away. My daughters enjoyed primark, H&M and Pandora in there. Overall my family (wife, two girls 14-11 and my dad) had a great time and would go back. The weather was early 20s in October half term and was brilliant. Thanks to all the staff.

As a family we had an amazing experience at the hotel, the staff were really helpful. It’s a good hotel if you have children as there are activities and entertainment. Bar staff were very friendly, we didn’t have to wait to be served as they were always around, really talkative and helpful

Excellent stay here! My friend recommended this resort to me, and I am very glad we went! My husband, my children (age 10 and 3) and I stayed here for a week last week and just got back yesterday. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff - they were always professional and kind and helpful. It did help a lot that I speak a little Spanish, but I believe most if not all staff know at least workable English. We stayed the first week of April, so it was very quiet during our stay, and only towards the end did it get relatively busy with other guests arriving. The food was fantastic, and the location was perfect for visiting the beach or the little town nearby. Both were within a 5-10 minute walk. Plenty to do for kids of all ages. Unfortunately the Mini Club wasn't open, since we weren't there during high season, but the staff kindly let our children play in the Mini Club play area anyway as long as we were present. The Grill and outdoor bar were closed, also, but plenty of drinks, snacks and food were available inside, so it just meant walking for an extra 20 seconds, no big deal. The room was spotless and cleaned every day, the water for the shower and sink got hot very quickly, and our balcony view from the 5th floor was gorgeous. We stayed in room 531. No complaints at all, but just a comment - if you have a young child, be aware the balcony door does NOT LOCK. This wasn't a problem for us, but if you had a two-year-old or an extremely adventurous three-year-old, that might be a concern. Overall, fantastic, and well worth it! I loved everything - the pools, slides, all of it amazing.

The hotel is lovely, as soon as you walk into the reception area the decor and smell was Devine! The whole family loved the hotel with great bedroom on 3rd floor facing the large pool it was spacious for 2 adult and 2 children. The food in the main restaurant was fantastic , wide selection and the kids section was good also. The drinks good and the pool with the kids slides was the best side to be on. Always found sun loungers without rushing down early in the morning …which was a bonus! The pool snack bar could have been a little better the 12-2pm selection was ok with nuggets hot dogs chips and burgers , salad and fruit , however the afternoon one 4-6pm lacked options with croissants and ham and cheese sandwiches which were better toasted. The staff were great friendly and helpful . The pool area was very clean as well as toilets around the pool they had cleaners all day with constant cleaning and collecting cups and rubbish even with plenty of bins around. Hotel is right on the beach with a hut full of lollies and snacks which is great as hotel only had free ice cream pots , ice lollies you paid a couple euros for which was fine. A short 10min walk right of the exit to the beach brings your to the small amusement area for kids shops and restaurants , it’s a nice walk in the evening as it’s cooler with the sun setting at the front of hotel. The shops out the front of hotel all close at 10pm which was earlier than expected. The evening entertainment was ok Spanish singers around outside bar or inside , the kids club was good the kids loved it , with painting and crafts inside and pool games outside. The evening mini disco started at 10pm which we thought was a bit late for our younger children and went on till around midnight - if you had a room next to the entertainment it would be too loud to say the least (we had a room away from it and we could still hear and see parts) however We would definitely recommend the hotel and we would stay again. Location is quiet and a chilled holiday over all.

We flew with Jet2 and can’t recommend them highly enough, in my opinion they are one of the top companies to travel with from the UK. We visited this hotel as a family of 13, from great grandparents in their 70s to the grandchildren who were under 2 and all ages in between. Firstly this hotel is on the beach with a short walk out the back gate. However we didn’t spend any time at the beach due to a. The heat and b. The jellyfish. Two of our party were stung after getting in the sea. As other reviewers have said the hotel is predominantly Spanish but you are in Spain so not sure why this is an issue! It’s not a lively area and is very traditionally Spanish which we enjoyed but if you want a lively resort this isn’t for you. The pools were great, plenty of choice and plenty of beds if you got there early enough. Round the pool there are signs stating that if your towels are left for longer than an hour the pool staff will remove them. This is the first hotel we have stayed in where they actually did this, so if you are gone longer than an hour be prepared to not have beds when you get back. We thought it was a great system and very fair. We were all inclusive so drinks were included. The bar staff don’t seem to like large orders and would get irritated if ordering more than one or two drinks - which for an all inclusive and a large group we found quite unusual. Rooms were clean but outdated, air conditioning in half the rooms we had (our party was spread over 5 rooms) was inadequate, barely knew it was on and in 37 degree heat was not ideal. The cleaners also strangely never replaced the towels, just took the ones left as dirty. Returning to your room and having to ring reception for clean towels nearly every day was quite frustrating. They also didn’t replace toilet roll so needed to ring for that to be topped up - again frustrating as would think this is basic requirements. The restaurant queues looked long but go down really quickly, you have to order drinks as you enter the dining room hence the queue at lunch and dinner. There was a good enough food selection with meat, fish, vegetables and salad available each evening. Plus a different specials area each evening. The food as with most European all-inclusive hotels becomes repetitive after a few days. We were able to use one of the restaurants as part of our stay and opted for the Asian, the food was lovely here and the restaurant itself was beautifully decorated so felt like a real treat. All in all we had a pleasant enough stay at this hotel but wouldn’t return.

This is an excellent family hotel. The facilities, rooms, staff and food were all superb. The various pools are well maintained and there was never a problem finding a sunbed. The rooms are comfortable with air conditioning although storage space could be better. The food was fantastic. Always delicious, the main problem was trying to narrow down the various options available. The sweets especially were very tempting as my waistline can testify! The staff were always eager to help and Naimi in the restaurant made my 7 year old feel very special. All in all this is a great hotel and one that I would highly recommend.

Truly Outstanding Hotel! Great staff, so friendly and helpful. Hotel immaculately clean with cleaners continually working. Food was plentiful and with a huge variety. Great sunbed policy took away the anxiety of having to be down early to sunbed block - staff gave a ticket if you weren't back within an hour then if weren't back within a further hour they packed your towels away neatly and took to a beach hut for collection. Rooms had aircon and a ceiling fan. Pools were lovely and clean. All in all, a fantastic place.

A great hotel. Our room was really large with 2 double beds and a seating area with an amazing sea view. For breakfast and dinner there was loads of choice so we could all eat what we wanted. Price of drinks was very reasonable. Staff were friendly and attentive. The bar and public areas were decorated really nicely. Main pool area was great with plenty of sun loungers. Pool was very cold it's a shame one of the pool areas wasn't heated but otherwise would highly recommend this hotel.

If you are Spanish then you will have a whale of a time,. No effort made to interact or even smile,. I was getting mad with myself for saying please and thank you in both English and Spanish for them to look at you like you have dropped out of their backside... the only exception was the cleaners who were fantastic, especially around the pool, the lifeguard was nice and Lois the little guy who runs the snack bar.. The hotel was clean but there is nothing to do on a night except at the weekend when the Spanish come .. the hotel comes alive.. all bars open and even a foam party.. it left us feeling like why just for them? The ironey is the hotel was trashed afterwards . Not the hotels fault but the flies are unbearable.. they are everywhere. The food is OK but was gruelling after a week so ended up eating out .. raku was an awesome restaurant and lord John's where the best ones.. the scooter shop to the left of the hotel (5mins)was great, super friendly and good fun. The beach is beautiful and massive, .. I tried to swim but the bottled it .. quite deep and had jellyfish dotted about... all in all the hotel is a 3 star not 4. The rude unwelcoming staff makes it 2* Sticking to teneriffe from now on.
