Amerian Puerto Rosario Hotel

We traveled in December 2021, the hotel itself is good, we got a room on the 8th floor, we traveled with my 14-year-old daughter and the year-and-a-half baby. Double bed + cot. Comfortable beds, perhaps very soft but it was only one night. we had a small refrigerator, the correct bathroom. Now I arrived at 11 am and they didn't let me in and that's fine because the check-in time is clear, now they NO LONGER HAD A GARAGE, when it's supposed to be by order of arrival, put it.... Don't go to the parking lot that they suggest for the discount, MG parking, you have to leave the key, bad attention, bad will, and little head. Returning to the hotel, on the top floor there is a pool, small but good, it met expectations, however, the water on Saturday was dirty, even with candy papers that dirty people do not take to their room. There was no where to throw it but that does not justify. Now the great thing is that on Sunday at 10am the banaba billiken candy paper was still there in the water.... The breakfast nooks just wanted the closing time to come, pretty bad manners. The breakfast fulfilled, breads, cold cuts, croissants. jam and some fruit. I paid late check out to leave at 6pm and that's why they didn't make my bed all day, nor did they clean the bathroom. There is too much competition in the city to give little service.

They don't have enough garages. They refer to parking lots where it costs twice as much and without 24-hour service hours. They have no other solution. Everyone pays for accommodation but few have access to a garage. The 3 plastic pool chairs are broken. Only one can use it because it is broken at the feet and supports the weight of a person, the others cannot. The floor of the pool is not refractory. It is impossible to step on without burning, just like the stairwell. Several rooms have broken hair dryers. I ordered another manual. They only had one but had already been asked for it from another room and the concierge said he couldn't ask for it back. The gym has 4 pieces of equipment and two are broken. There is a lack of maintenance and investment in every way. The late night concierge does not manage, does not give coherent answers and, on top of that, answers badly when faced with complaints. The worst hotel in the Amerian chain by far. The service is that of a hostel. Appalling!

O hotel é antigo mas ainda mantém um bom estado de conservação. A iluminação do banheiro é muito fraca, quase uma penumbra. O café da manhã oferece poucas frutas, embora tenha grande variedade de pães e doces. Como poucas excessões, os funcionários não oferecem muita atenção aos hóspedes.

Me hospedé por primera vez aquí en 2014 y en 2023 volví. La primera vez sentí que era un producto con potencial pero esta vez no me sentí a gusto para nada. Las sabanas no eran de la cama que pedí, eran cortas. Acolchado chico. Se ven que tienen problemas con la ropa. Mantenimiento malo y desayuno promedio. También falta personal, se nota que hicieron una reducción en pandemia y les cuesta reponerlo. La verdad me ha dado pena ver un edificio tan lindo en esas condiciones. Como gerente de Hotel veo que la gestión que lleva adelante el mismo no es para nada satisfactoria. No volvería, hay hoteles mejores con tarifas similares.

La habitación impecable. El colchón buenísimo y las sábanas increíbles la suavidad. El personal super cordial. El desayuno variado (tortas, yogurt, facturas, tostadas, cereales, jugos, frutas, ensalada de frutas)

Los puntos a favor: limpieza, silencio camas confortables. La atención del personal es buena, sucede que se conducen en función de bajadas de línea que no son adecuadas: no te permiten manejar el AA según las necesidades propias (tenes que pedir permiso no solo para que te lo habiliten, sino también que ellos regulan la temperatura); asimismo, antes de hacer el check- out, suben a controlar la habitación (éramos 2 adultas) por lo que no ameritaba dicha conducta por parte del personal. Pocas almohadas. El teléfono de la habitación no funcionaba. No había frigobar. Tampoco extractor en el baño por lo que se llenaba de humedad al bañarnos. El desayuno muy básico. Siempre lo mismo y muy paupérrimo.

La habitación linda con todo lo que se necesita. Baño completo funciona todo bien. Faltan alhmohandas pero tampoco las pedi. Todo comodo. Recepción cordial. Mejoraria la atencion espontanea, sin necesidad de pedir cosas.

Buena ubicación, instalaciones cómodas y limpias. Falto jabón para la ducha y el agua caliente cuesta que salga a una temperatura agradable. La atención es amable, pero no derrochan tanta simpatía ni predisposición (algunos). El desayuno muy completo pero deberían estar más atentos.

Puntos Positivos: Muy buena ubicación. Limpieza, habitaciones amplias y confortables. No se escuchan ruidos. La pileta está limpia y las reposeras son cómodas Puntos negativos: Cochera: No permiten reserva paga con antelación y tienen poquísima disponibilidad. Envían a otro estacionamiento con pésima atención. Desayuno: Muy pobre, sin frutas. Atención: en general es “buena” . No son amables ni serviciales ni atenciosos. Baño: La mampara es muy corta y se moja todo el baño
