CCecile NguyenA++. We don't usually spend this much on a single night, last minute stay, but all of the previous reviews talked about how clean the rooms are since it's a new building and that was enough for me. But after staying, we definitely felt like it was worth the ”splurge.” All staff was friendly, from the front desk to the custodial staff just passing in the halls. A lot of complimentary bonuses which was nice since we were unprepared for our stay. Great breakfast variety and quality, and it was actually staffed with multiple people. Easy access from the interstate and to many restaurants and grocery stores. Honestly felt like some of our 5 star hotel stays.
JJIBy car, it was very late at the store. After knocking on the door, the waiter opened the door and left the card to me. The waiter's overall service, attitude and so on are okay. It’s just that the room is a smoking room, saying that we have no special requirements, it’s already the last one, and one night is enough. There are also a few flies flying inside. Breakfast is simple. It feels like this. The price is a little expensive, but just next to the high-speed, the gas station is also on the side, passing by on the 5th road, intermittent feet. It's OK.
GGuest UserNever will come back to this motel. We stayed 1 night for stop over. The location is convenient, customers service are good. But the room is unbelievably insane. We heard the TV sound and the snoring from the next room. The shampoo is all empty in the bathroom, seems never refill by checking.
Bad experience!
SScorpio#4The only thing I'm having an issue with is that being a local I had to pay a security deposit. Which I understand. But getting the credit back to my back account is an issue. They deduct it in a few minutes but it takes days to give it back?? Makes zero sense. Considering it's a slow time of year
WWinzoneThe hotel facilities are basically consistent with the expected motel standards, except that the air conditioner is noisy. The breakfast is quite rich. The location is very convenient and easy to find. The surrounding business and gas stations are also convenient.
RRoy plusThe room is spacious! Bed is clean and comfy. The floor is a bit dirty but I wore shoes so it doesn't matter to me. The wall is not soundproof so you can hear your neighbors whispering. But everyone stayed quiet throughout the night so I slept through very well. I can also hear the big trucks driving by on the main road but after 9pm, it really didn't affect me too much.
EEdynThe room is clean. The wall is paper thin, though. We stayed two nights, and both nights, my neighbors were loud and had kids with them.
The breakfast isn't much, but if you're okay with yogurt, bagels, and coffee, then you're good to go. It was a good stay. If you just need a room for a night or two, then it will do.
GGuest UserThe location is good.
However, there is not much available equipments in the room for usage, e.g., the lamps are far away for plug ins to get it work.
Also, there is no breakfast but only some snacks.
