A lovely little place to stay, not fancy in terms of rooms and facilities, but a nice area and close to local wineries and restaurants without the crazy price tag of some other places.

Thanks to the team at Rothbury Escape who were so friendly and helpful.
Quiet location but close enough to most of the main areas in the Hunter Valley.

We went there to celebrate a special family birthday and had a wonderful time. We were warmly welcomed by Christine upon arrival and she could not have been more helpful. The rooms were set out very well and were clean and tidy. The camp kitchen was lovely with lounges, tables, chairs, fireplace and TV. The grounds and views were beautiful and we used the large BBQ regularly. I highly recommend this resort if you are looking for peaceful surrounds whilst in the Hunter Valley.

The place was wonderful, quite, and it had an awesome view. But what was more amazing how we were treated, the hospitality and caring of the management was incredible.
