We stayed three nights during the week to avoid a winter storm and couldn't have been more pleased with our choice of hotel. The service was excellent, the suite was extremely comfortable and modern, and the Happy Hour (on Tuesday and Wednesday) was a real treat!

I didn't do anything wrong in the room, yet they charged my card $48.69 extra. I don't know that I was not ahead of the payment. Because this is sheer robbery, they have done this to me too, I am very sad, now how can I trust people again?

This hotel is above average, clean, friendly staff, breakfast is just enough (nothing special),l.. me and my family enjoyed the 4 days stay during our vacation at Austin and San Antinio TX. receommended!

When you stay it’s all about the beds. These are some of the stiffest, firmest beds I’ve ever slept on. It was very hard to get comfortable all night for both my husband and myself. We ended up pulling out the couch bed to try to get SOME decent sleep. The hotel was otherwise great. Did not like the whole styrofoam plates and plastic silverware for breakfast but the food was very good. Hotel had some dings- a few broken tiles in the bathroom and the elevator grab bar has seen better days but otherwise it was nicely designed and well kept. We enjoyed being able to swim outside in November on the one warmer evening of our stay!

This was a great couple’s weekend stay especially if you want to take a break from the kiddos.

Front desk at check in was unfriendly and almost rude - like it was a bother for her to check me in; I was early and no room was available; when I came back at around 3:30-3:45 a different clerk checked me in and informed me that the room I booked was not available and gave me a different room

The hallways and the room smelled smoky. The room condition was OK but not great. The corner of a table was broken off (missing about 5 sq inches). The room type I reserved on ******* was not what they showed in their reservation system and they were unwilling to honor what I had in my email confirmation from *******.

Our stay was great, the heated pool was a plus for our boys. The hot breakfast was awesome.
