這家酒店比較令人失望，通過簡介可以看出酒店有温泉和自助早餐。但是到酒店卻告知沒開，也沒自助早餐。送到房間的早餐太簡單，根本不知48元，而且鹹鴨蛋都臭了。疫情防控期間，設施沒開放，就應該備註清楚啊。還有就是在外奔波一天，晚上發現床單浴巾沒換。催了兩次前台，半個小時才有人來打掃。酒店標價300多，在瑞麗這樣的邊境地區已經算比較貴了，但確實不值這個價格。

房間很大也很乾淨，我住2樓，服務人員有好又細心，有提供洗衣烘衣房，對我來說非常方便⋯感覺好，下次來的話應該還是會住這裡的

一家很老舊的酒店，一進大堂一股很沖的煙臭味兒，房間感覺也很舊。馬桶沒有消毒標記，更沒有一次性馬桶墊，還好，我們自己備了。沖涼下水不暢，一會兒就水漫金山，後來拿了一把牙刷弄出一團頭髮才勉強通暢。可見一天一掃應付了事！房間有一次性拖鞋但沒有擦鞋布，配置與四鑽酒店不符。床墊太舊，有點塌陷，睡着不舒服，早該換了！三樓露天泡池，一共兩個池子，衹一個池子裏有水，是否温泉水不清楚，看着不是很乾凈，沒敢泡，洗衣房兩台洗烘一體機，感覺也是臟兮兮的，也不打算洗衣服了。早餐一般，能吃飽而已。
總之不推薦！
玻璃杯事故：對房間的衞生感覺不佳，所以漱口杯按慣例開水燙一下，沒想到其中一個炸裂，打電話給前台，服務員送了一個上來，當時讓他把“杯子屍體”拿走了，也沒拍照留證。過一會兒接到前台電話，要求賠償，26元，先生跟她解釋是消毒時炸裂不是人為打碎的，前台小姐不客氣的説：之前是好的吧？OK，賠，沒問題！自駕幾乎走遍全國，基本上都是攜程訂房，從來都沒有發生過的事情，在拉頌酒店遭遇了，算是給我們一個教訓：漱口杯不能用開水燙，那要怎麼消毒呢？看來以後要自備漱口杯！
訂房時承諾的送什麼票及下午茶均沒有，晚上回到房間看到給了兩小盒豆奶，因為看不清楚保質日期，沒敢喝，留在房間了，可以繼續拿給客人哈。
退房時剛好是入住時的小夥子，又説玻璃杯使用時間長了，熱水炸裂屬於正常現象，不用賠。夜班的小姐屬於個人原因？小夥子態度非常友好，點贊👍

房間寬敞很大，衞生間乾濕分離，洗涑太寬敞，衞生乾淨整潔，很適合出差旅遊居住，價格合適，在能夠承受範圍。

最滿意的酒店，沒有之一。除了我們定的房間是三層，哈哈哈。套房有兩個衞生間，真的很方便。室內外都可以泡湯，很幸福。原諒我沒有照房間的照片，但是真的很推薦。

安全隱患鎖門的是壞的，廁所燈也是壞的一閃一閃的，桌子上還有類似血跡的東西看着就好惡心，窗簾也是一點不遮光每次想睡懶覺都被早上的透光照醒，體驗感太差

忘記拍照了，但是我已經不止一次入住了，親子游或者帶朋友都很喜歡，首先呢，距離市區很近，服務很好，工作人員大部分是緬甸或者華僑，所以衞生和非常棒👍，房間很大，還有温泉泡池，自駕遊的話，邊上就是加油站，加油免費洗車，洗的很乾凈哦！總之，去瑞麗推薦拉頌！

酒店位置還可以，在去姐告口岸的環島邊上，停車進出都很方便，訂房時顯示房間是四十平，實際感覺要更大一點。早餐方面麪食冒子有三種，比較全面，味道不錯，前台小妹妹很禮貌，小哥哥熱情，是一次不錯的入住體驗。值得推薦！！！

一共定了加起來16天，先説説感受吧
最後幾天咖啡機壞了一直沒得用自己點咖啡
也就算了，讓人不能接受的是，走的時候我老公問他要瓶水，她説我們已經退房了給不了，這個真的是我這輩子住過的所有酒店唯一拒絕過的我的酒店😂活久見。。。
設施都比較舊，洗澡水温忽冷忽熱，旅行團比較多，算了下次來還是選擇其他有保障，至少不會要瓶水都不給
