Very chic hotel in a nice location. Bathroom was very nicely designed with good products. Bed was very comfortable. There are at least two big public carparks nearby you can park for free which we did for our 3 day stay. Very convenient!

1. 工作人員不敲門直接刷卡進房間
2.洗漱用品用完了第二天不換新的
3.大晚上有人刷卡嘗試進我房間，我打給前台，不了了之。後面又來敲我房門，前台不管，直接掛我電話。
4.隔音很差，別問我為什麼知道
5.前台白男racist嗎？態度很差，愛答不理的
6.建議住girona市中心的酒店

Hôtel neuf personnel accueillant et serviable propreté tout n est pas encore au point (pas de poubelle ni eau dans frigo) mais bon emplacement parking gratuit proche de la mer et du centre ville

Excellent hôtel, très bon emplacement en plein centre ville, et pourtant c'est vraiment très calme à l'intérieur.
Le personnel est très professionnel et extremement gentil.
L'hôtel est tout neuf, la chambre est joliment agencé avec de très beau materiaux.
Le petit déjeuner est de très bonne qualité.
Je recommande cet hôtel qui est un vrai 4 étoiles.

Had a lovely stay at Silken Hotel. Beautiful hotel, and spotlessly clean throughout. Pool area was very nice and chilled. Had a ongoing issue with the air conditioning in our room which the lovely front desk staff were really helpful and patient with. We eventually asked to change rooms and were moved without any fuss whatsoever. Breakfast was good, plenty of selection. 5 minute walk to the beach, the pool area was so nice we never wanted to go to the beach. Loads of nice restaurants and bars very near by. Worth paying a bit extra for a pool view room. Would recommend this hotel in a flash. The staff are a credit to it.

Amazing location, Platja D'Aro is a fantastic town, great restaurants and facilities, the Hotel is right in the middle of it all but very quite.

Beautiful modern hotel, right in the centre (although you would ever know, no noise whatsoever). The pool area was lovely, well maintained and very chilled. The staff we all lovely, especially the two young men on reception (didn’t catch their names) who were really helpful when we had a problem with our air conditioning. Breakfast nice with plenty of choice. Get a room over looking the pool, well worth it. 5 minutes to the beach, 1 minute to the start of the Main Street that is full of shops (not touristy ones) and restaurants and bars. Rooms were modern and spotlessly clean. Would recommend this hotel in a flash, great place to stay and the staff are a credit to it.
