TownePlace Suites Sacramento Airport Natomas

It was very Quiet. Beds were comfy and front seat helped us pick a nearby restaurant. This is the first time I have stayed with this particular Hotel.

Overall the hotel is great. Not much to do in the area but clean, safe, and great service.

Very nice check in experience! However, trash and cleaning supplies in hallway, coffee area, and in front of rooms was unappealing. Convenient location near freeway and food options. Area felt safe including security in parking area starting at 10pm.

New property, super clean, fast & courteous staff, comfortable rooms. Great stay

Room and hotel is phenomenal. Love the kitchen in the rooms. Staff was incredible and always available. Housekeeping was so friendly and interactive. Love that it is pet friendly. Con- beds and pillows not comfortable

The best thing about the entire experience was the waffles. More than likely won’t ever stay here again. Just not worked the value at that price point.

My check-in was seamless, and she was super nice even though it was late at night.

We stayed two nights. The room I got was duty so I requested housekeeping, there was none at the time so I had to moved to another room. They don’t clean the rooms during stay unless guest request. My big issue is the lack of care to clean their rooms and facilities. There are lots of hotels options in Natomas area for the price that this hotel charge. I won’t stay here again. Breakfast is very limited. Terrible experience!!!!!
