It was a good visit for a night stay

This ****** Resort was amazing. The rooms and bathrooms were extraordinary and spacious. Excellent staff and wonderful onsite dining options.

Front desk is wonderful. Housekeeping are nice but the rooms can use a good cleaning. I moved the chair looking for something that i dropped and the dust and old chips were shocking so I started cleaning. The toilet seat had poop on the rim , so I sanitized which I always do every hotel even 5 star. The suite could use an upgrade, curtains are old and dusty, carpet is a bit worn. Its a nice hotel just declining. My 38 yr old son never was able to go inside the ****** because he didnt have his drivers license due to leaving it at First Watch but he had his social and a front & back copy of his license in his email that he previously sent to his job. The security lady said he looks under 30 other than that she would let him in yet you can enter if you're 21 or older and she lets folks in without ID if they look over 30 to her. My son has mustache broad shoulders and looks every bit of a man. He does look young but not under 21. We asked to speak to a manager but was a waste of time especially after the security lady sarcastically said, "I'm having ID issues again."The manager was a heavy set guy said, "I say all the time, asian Hispanics & black dont crack you look very young. I need youre licenses." Our Trip was ruined and it was to late to checkout and get a refund. Hotel staff told us to talk to someone in the security dept to file a complaint. Spoke to a blk guy who said "You're never gonna get in shes a stickler. I wont be working here long im leaving.

Place was nice but it was definitely nicer when it was new. At the rates I was charged I wont be back for the hotel.

The pool and hot tub were not open when there website said it was. The ONLY reason I go here once a year. I will never go back

i had requested a king size bed i. deluxe room with step down sitting as as advertised Upon arrival our check in went smoothly. our room was not advertised, i called the desk and was told that none were available the room also had a constant hum from the heating cooling power plant. i called the front desk to ask about a room change and complain about pillows and mattress which las sagging and loud . i was told hotel was full and not possible to change. hard to believe as no housekeepers were seen on our floor in three days. some rooms we were being renovated this one clearly was not as furniture was chipped light shades wobbly and carpet sat

Didn’t like There are not any food options in the hotel after 12 during the days we stayed. No room service. Pillows were horrible. Spa could have been a lot better for the price.

Disappointed expected hot tub and pool to be open but was closed not meantioned when the room was booked. Wouldn't have drove that far. Steps in room carpet a tripping hazard. Loveseat cushion stained and chips under cushions dirty

The rooms need facelift. Carpet did not look vacumed Syringe found in fridge
