Hotel De Normandie

First off the staff were lovely and helpful, when we had a problem with the toilet cistern constantly running it was fixed before we got back in the afternoon. The breakfast was nice and plentiful. The place is a bit dated, uneven floors lots of steps and lift access is only directly to a limited number of rooms. The carpets and decor could do with updating but it was clean and everything worked. The location is 25mins walk to St Helier centre we were told but the bus stop was right outside the front and very convenient.
Best Western Royal Hotel

Visited this hotel as a large group- celebration on Sunday who mostly had a roast dinner. We then went into the bar area for drinks which again we was well catered for. This hotel is fabulous from the food to the attentive and helpful staff members - you should be so proud of the customer service they deliver If you visit Jersey try this hotel and eat there you will not be disappointed Thankyou all for making our family celebration amazing
The Inn Hotel Bar and Restaurant

Traveled a lot over the last few years. This time with a few friends we went to Jersey for the jersey H O G Rally and stayed in the Inn, Queens Road. What a wonderful experience the Reservations Manager Jason is a credit to the Hotel Industry. My wife and myself had a major problem however Jason sorted it out with grace and charm very much to our satisfaction. He was brilliant. The staff are by and large Kenyans who were wonderful, friendly and very very funny. the food in the restaurant is to die for. The best presented and tastiest food I have in many a year. Sadly the Hotel although is making money the building is going to be re-devolved for housing. I wish all the staff good luck in the future God knows you deserve it!
Apollo Hotel

Having read the reviews we always go with an open mind. The hotel was very plesant, the staff were very helpful and i must point out Mesh and Jason behind the cocktail bar as well as another who I did not catch his name. They were superb. Rooms We had a king size bed, comfortable with clean sheets, room cleaned daily. The room was spacious with plenty of wardrobe space. Small TV but we don't go on holiday to watch TV so didn't even turn it on. Two chairs and small table which was nice. Bathroom - very big and clean, but shower over bath was hit and miss. I also though based on the fact we were the youngest at the hotel (50) some people might struggle climbing over a bath to get a shower, but having since heard the hotel is going to be knocked down in the next few years I guess no point changing. We used both inside and outside pool daily and the jacuzzi and we found the gym, but did not use it. The confusion was the good, breakfast buffet was good £10 and well worth it for the selection and we just booked on the day when we wanted it. Evening meal was a bit strange though, where did you get it, one day we went to where they serve breakfast but it was a private function. We would have normally eaten out but it was Sunday and so much was closed. We ended up eating by the indoor pool, not a problem but nobody seemed to be able to explain the evening meal situation. Location - great, five minutes walk from the start of the centre of St Helier bars, shops and restaurants. Overall for what you are paying comparing to other hotels it was good value.
Premier Inn Jersey St Helier (Charing Cross)

I loved my stay here. My first time here and the hotel and staff were great. The fish and chips in the restaurant was so excellent that I told the Manger Lorenzo and Chef Damaris how it was the best and biggest I had tasted. I couldn't praise it enough. Thank you both. A big thanks also to the lovely Chef Damaris who came to our table so I could personally say thanks for such an excellent meal. One of my favorite Premier Inns and I look forward to returning.
