The place was okay, not what I would consider to be “very clean” there were hairs here and a lighter beneath the bed but the room served its purpose. Trip.com says there’s a pool, yet when i got here, no pool :( that was my only reason for booking this specific place, it even showed a picture of a pool. This is the second time this has happened to me unfortunately, guess i’ll learn to call and double check next time! The ladies at the front desk were SO nice and helpful upon arrival though!

Amazing venue. The light shows in the historic main lobby are dazzling. Order bar food and set yourself up for an evening of entertainment. The guest rooms are sheltered under the historic train barn, replete with reflection pools, restaurants and, of course, the 400-ft ferris wheel. Of special note is the brand new Saint Louis Aquarium. It is worth the price itself you take your time. You can rush it in an hour, but budget at least 2- 2-1/2 hours and take it s-l-o-w-l-y.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. Every time I come to St. Louis to stay here, the main room can cook, there is a suite and there is a sofa bed, but the disadvantage is that the beds are slumped, very soft and uncomfortable. It is convenient to have a washer and dryer on each floor. Light meals and beer are available at around 5 pm from Monday to Thursday. They are provided free of charge. It is simple in the morning but still full. There are a lot of people on the weekends, mostly black but safe.

Location in proximity to city attractions is amazing 5/5. Location in terms of safety is 2/5. There isn’t a covered secured lot for your car and I was approached by many people asking me for money while taking a walk around the building. Service is hit or miss. When I arrived, and attempted to open my car door, I was accosted by the valet who yelled at me and asked me what I was TRYING to do. I told him I was checking in to the hotel. And he was aggressively unpleasant, seemingly angry that I had arrived. Conversely, the valet attendant the next day was polite and wonderful. The front desk was nice but did not review any of the amenities nor offer any information about the hotel, which is a shame. Nice but inattentive and uninterested. The service at both Idol Wolf and Good Press were 5/5. The food at both were 5/5. The hotel itself is gorgeous. There’s art set in an old gym. The renovation is well done. Enjoyed it very much. The view from the room was also very nice. The room itself was standard with a few attention to detail things needing addressed. Such as broken handles and non working bathroom fixtures. Overall would recommend this hotel because it is unique. Big plus - they allow pets!!! Yes!

Very friendly hotel staff, nice hotel! My room was like a closet compared to the rest of the guest rooms in our party, also the parking is expensive per night.

It's an old building, and the elevator has been there for many years. The room is relatively large, and the furniture is relatively new. There are pots, pans, cups, microwave, large refrigerator, and sink for washing vegetables in the room. If you want to make something to eat, there is absolutely no problem, and the bathroom is relatively good. It is big, and there is a simple wardrobe, but the bed is not big, and it is a bit reluctant to sleep two people. There is no parking lot, and it is not easy to park at the moment of construction in front of the door.

my room was on the 6th floor (625)right below the bar/night club. This was on a Friday night. I wanted peace and quiet in my room after a long drive to St. louis. I not only heard the music but felt the bass. Called the front desk. They did lower the music and bass. The front desk did agree to switch my room the next day. If you book, ask Element not to put you on the 6th floor!

The hotel stay was amazing the only thing I could tell someone looking to stay here is to not park in the public parking across the street. Park in the parking for the hotel. My boyfriend and I stayed just for a night and parked across the street in public parking and got our car broken into. Several other cars were also broken into that night. This was not the hotels fault at all just a fair warning for anyone wanting to stay there.

The hotel is convenient for parking. You can enter and exit the parking lot with your room card. There is a microwave oven and a laundry room on the third floor of the hotel. There is a supermarket next to the hotel, which makes life convenient. The bed in the twin room is narrow and not suitable for four people.

The conference was held at the American Center, which was nice because it was so close. The facilities weren't that great, and it was an old building, so it smelled a bit. Other than that, everything was fine.

GGuest UserWe have stayed with Drury before, but different locations in St. Louis. This was our first time at the Arch location and won't be our last! Absolutely wonderful customer service. Best kickback yet! My son had a wonderful experience hitting up the Market for a late snack and the associate was soooo nice! They had microwaveable pizza and candy, perfect! Will Absolutely stay here again.
GGuest UserHotel is in Cardinal nation and right across a small street from the stadium. The hotel was clean and inviting. Room was spacious, comfy beds and clean. Bathroom was nice. No pool but exercise room faces the stadium. We didn't eat breakfast there as the prices were really high.
MMzTruWarriorWhen we first arrived had to wait to be checked-in we’re unhappy at receptionist she was taking way too long trying to get us settled in. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and breakfast. Problem’s I had was that I couldn’t shower like I wanted too because the shower head wasn’t working correctly. I also found a stain on the headboard it didn’t bother me because it really wasn’t an issue. I just it could have been resolved while cleaning the room.
WWangwangzaixianThe room is very clean, the space is large, close to the University of St. Louis, near St. Louis, this hotel accounts for the top1 of Ctrip's best-selling hotel. After staying, it is indeed worthy of the name!
FFourie MiekeParking was a little confusing because there’s a large lot right behind the hotel but I had to move my car to a building to the side after check in and it was an unexpected expense, but the hotel, location, room and bar are all great. It was a bit disconcerting to realize everyone in the bar already knew each other because they’re actually club members rather than guests, but I guess the name of the place should have tipped me off to that.
BBubuThe hotel is old, but clean, the location is close to the university town and the forest park, it is more convenient for families to go to WashU. But going to school and other places depends on Uber
JJared StinsonLocation = Great for the Arch
Cleanliness = 6-day stay, but the room was only serviced 3 times, requiring us to flag down a room attendant so we could have clean towels, Sheets were only changed 1 time, and the bed was just remade. Also, there was a basketball-sized spot on the headboard that was worn through the leather into the padding. This can't be cleaned correctly and everyone's head touches it. Gross.
Restaurants = convenient enough and you are charged for that convenience.
Parking = Be Aware $48 per night valet, $32 self-park, offsite options, $20 per night with a couple of blocks walk.
Overall = Taking parking into account if you can get this for $75 a night for a king room it's good, if not there are other better options for your money.
GGuest UserDouble charge you on your credit card and don’t release your funds right away. Poor customer service. No Refrigerator or microwave in the room. No social distancing in the hotel. Only thing they did have was good food.
KKEThere are two burger shops around, there is a gas station, the room is very thin, and there is basically no quilt. Is relatively cheaper, open, and the stairs are outside
