Бронировала номер на Букинге. Прибыли с мужем в назначенные даты. Приезжали как раз на чемпионат России по фигурному катанию. Номер полностью оплатили. Но не через терминал, а переводом на карту. Были уставшие после долгой дороги и не придали этому значения. После того, как уехали, оказалось, что отель большой 19 сообщил букингу, будто мы не приехали. Я пишу в отель, чтоб изменили статус поездки на завершенную, но меня просто игнорят. Больше в этот отель не ногой, несмотря на вежливый персонал и уютный номер.
