Parking is organized especially for car travelers: underground and ground parking on the territory of the quarter (paid), free parking spaces are available outside the territory.
* On the territory of the quarter are organized: a green courtyard, a restaurant, a summer terrace, a coffee shop, a fitness center, a coworking area, a children's playground. * For caring parents who come on vacation or for work in SV Loft Apart with a small child, we are happy to offer to use the services of a babysitter — Baby Sitter! * Accommodation with a pet is possible in the apartment, accommodation conditions with an animal are provided upon request of the Guest.
