Both reception and restaurant/bar staff couldn't be faulted Rooms have been recently renovated and are very comfortable . Pool and surrounding area very good as well.

We loved our stay at Hapimag San Agustin. A fabulous location by the beach, with great beach bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment was well appointed and clean. It's about 50 minutes to Playa del Ingles, but easy to also catch a bus or get a taxi. The reception staff were all lovely and very helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

Not the best Hapimag resort to visit for winter sun and quality service. Having travelled from the Hapimag Marbella site the difference in appeal was quite obvious. Refurbishment has improved the site considerably but still lots to do to match other sites.

A marvellous resort with a modern look that has been wonderfully renovated and re-opened The staff is very hospitable and friendly The culinary experience has been renovated and has local touches that I highly recommend.

I think San Augustin is a very nice place if you not like party.If so take Playa Ingle. Hapimag is of course not a new resort but very well run.Clean all over and with a nice pool area and garden Close to the beach and the very nice promenade along the beach.Nice and serviceminded personal. You can take the busses to all part of the Island just outside Hapimag.Some very real restaurants close to Hapimag. We had a good time for 18 days.

We stayed in the hotel next to this one and were disturbed by the loud thumping music that served as entertainment, the noise was so bad it felt as though our room was shaking and we couldn't hear our own TV. I would advise avoiding this part of San Agustin entirely if you value your sleep. Just dreadful.
