A marvellous resort with a modern look that has been wonderfully renovated and re-opened The staff is very hospitable and friendly The culinary experience has been renovated and has local touches that I highly recommend.

I think San Augustin is a very nice place if you not like party.If so take Playa Ingle. Hapimag is of course not a new resort but very well run.Clean all over and with a nice pool area and garden Close to the beach and the very nice promenade along the beach.Nice and serviceminded personal. You can take the busses to all part of the Island just outside Hapimag.Some very real restaurants close to Hapimag. We had a good time for 18 days.

We stayed in the hotel next to this one and were disturbed by the loud thumping music that served as entertainment, the noise was so bad it felt as though our room was shaking and we couldn't hear our own TV. I would advise avoiding this part of San Agustin entirely if you value your sleep. Just dreadful.

Het resort ligt mooi, vlakbij het strand van San Augustin, een beetje weg van de hectiek van Playa del Ingles. Het resort is uitstekend met zwembad, whirlpool en restaurant.

Die Wohnungen (Schlafzimmer) und der Ausblick (nur eingeshränker Blick zum Meer und eingebaut von drei Seiten in eine andere Hotelanlage) ist sonst OK. Die restliche Umgebung ist zersiedelt, Das Personal ist OK abder ansonsten bin ich von Hapimag besseres gewöhnt. Man sollte sich die Insel in der Region genaus anschauen ob so einen Ort mag. Für Party Touristen OK aber einen Flair wie alte kleine Hapimag Anlage un der Ort Puerto de la Cruz auf Tenerfiffa sucht man vergebens

Waren hier veel vaker. De renovatie is een vooruitgang vooeral van de douche en keuken. Jammer dat het dakterras gesloten is. Ook misten wij de paella avond.
