Trip I will never use your third party service, Holiday Inn Express will keep my business for sure! Next time even if last minute like, we did, in reserving a room for two nights I will only go directly through hotel website!  I would suggest to Holiday Inn to part ways in selling your extra rooms to Trip. Trip website is way below average and your customer service is no where near the Holiday Inn's Staff at the location on City Base San Antonio, TX.  WE TRULY APPRECIATE THE TWO Gentlemen working the front desk late this night!!!

The room and breakfast are good, the room is clean and tidy, two 1.5-meter beds, living very comfortable, a little regret that the air conditioner is indoors, I feel not central air conditioning, the overall evaluation is very good

I am thankful that I was able to simply made hotel reservations on line while driving in the area.  Pleased to be welcomed into a clean room and very nice restroom facilities.
