When I first arrived, I was unable to check in because there was a miscommunication between ******* and the hotel. Amber the girl at the front desk was very rude, did nothing to try and help. When I asked her for her manager, she said that she didn't need a manager to see what I see. She was so disrespectful. We were finally checked in and asked fro a room close to the elevator. Once we were all checked in the room with the bunk bed was super cool. Once the lights were off, we could hear the elevator come up and down all night. When I went downstairs I spoke to the manager Paulina. She asked why I didnt ask to be moved at night. I explained to her that I had a 6 and 8 year old and I wasn't going to move them in the middle of the night. She proceeded to get me 4 breakfast vouchers. The girl that was there was super sweet and nice. We checked out and headed home.
