Villa la Grotta

Beautiful cottage with a nice outdoor swimming pool, I am a bit disappointed by the price x the spa which of course I did not use, good breakfast with excellent croissants boiled eggs etc etc ... discordant note a bit cold as an environment but I must say that being a old cottage is difficult to heat .. certainly in summer it is fantastic

We stayed 4 days in September 2021 by booking on Voyager Prive. A lovely location immersed in the tranquility of the Tuscan countryside. Upon our arrival we were greeted with courtesy and sympathy and one room was transformed into a suite. The owner is his mother who is really helpful and courteous. Excellent breakfast enriched with excellent desserts is all homemade that varied every morning. Even the small spa in the attic is impressive. During the pleasant chats with the lady we learned that the management of the structure had been taken in June. I would like to suggest some improvements to make the guests' stay more functional and pleasant and more suited to the price of the stay: The wifi must be usable in all the rooms of the villa (in the bedroom it was completely absent) The TV should be with the larger screen and equipped with satellite channels (currently it is too small and hardly ever takes neither Rai nor Mediaset channels). The tasting of the wines of their production was pleasant and informative. Other than that it was a very pleasant experience.

Weekend passato in questa villa storica immersa in un contesto di pace e natura. Struttura di fascino e ben tenuta, più che buona la pulizia anche della piscina.Discreta la colazione. Proprietari gentilissimi. Unica pecca è la camera a noi assegnata, la verrocchio, sottotetto caldo, con soffitto e pavimento non all'altezza di tutto il resto. Ci tornerei, si, ma solo in un'altra stanza.
