Bad customer service and quality service in reception they don’t have good experience to deal with people and they told u something and do for you different things I will never stay in this hotel again it was really bad experience 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

It’s nice place to stay but it needs renovation. No safe box in the room is a concern. There was no deadbolt to lock the room when inside

Easy location near the train station and the central market. Lots of restaurants around. Good breakfast. Pool is beautiful and surrounded by palm tree shade and green grass! Staff is professional, helpful and friendly.

Clean spacious rooms. All staff are thoughtful and helpful. The pool area is always clean and the breakfast is always great. The common areas encourage gathering and are comfortable and fun (foosball!).

Cozy hotel. Staff deliver good service and very helpful. Breakfast buffet very good. Very nice swimming pool. Will definitely stay there again during my next visit to Oujda and recommend the hotel to friends visiting Oujda.

I spent a good and Nice moments here. My room as clean and everything sas working Wifi is working good also. Thé staff as Nice and helpful. The food is great and delicious. The pool is clean with pure cristal water

Good place to stay. Hitel clean with a necessary equipment that works good. The staff is always smiling and helpful. The room is quite practical and comfortable. The bathroom wisely done and it's clean. The food is good. I find here the good service i need

Everything was just fantastic! Second time here and hope to come back more times. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms very well decorated, the pool is amazing and the food at the restaurant also. But the highlight is the staff! Just perfect stay.

Great place to stay. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room is quite and clean. Need a new tv but it's ok. The food is good and the swimming pool is great with a nice garden arround. Thebhotel needs a refresh but stay clean and maintained.

it's always a pleasure to stay at ibis hotel. I appreciate the cleanness of the room, bathroom and public areas. the breakfast was good, dinner also satisfying. the swimming pool is great, just renewed as I see. the staff as always helpful and kind. I recommend this place.

i am satisfied when i stay here. the staff is so helpful and pro. the room is clean and the installations work good the bathroom is also well done the breakfast is a good buffet with Moroccan items the garden and the pool are magnificent with roses and green space

I loved this hotel very much. I came from France to Oujda, so I landed at Oujda airport. When I entered it, it was as if I was entering my home. It was really wonderful. Breakfast and food in general

I have spent a wonderful weekend at ibis oujda. I have beautiful and calm room with nice view on the street, also the breakfast in the morning was so good and the staff was so friendly. I recommend this hotel to stay at oujda
