My wife and I stayed 18th - 21st May 2023. Unfortunately, we will not be returning: - Stunning scenery and beach. The hotel's location is fine, but getting to the beach necessitates a ride, which is available at the reception. - The Laguna King room was spacious and with nice views. - Due to the bad weather, two outdoor pools were closed, and the hotel does not have any heated or indoor pools. - We were also advised that there would be no activities or entertainment at the hotel owing to the bad weather. So, nothing to do at the hotel and we had to wonder around. - There is a €30 entry fee per person for accessing and using any spa facilities such as sauna, pool, gym, etc. for two hours only. Following our complaint, we were given a single visit voucher for two hours, so ultimately pointless. - The half-board deal was good, as it included a 4-course dinner at the hotel's main restaurant (transferable to other hotel restaurants for a lot less). However, the meal quality was merely above ordinary; considerably better food can be found throughout Sardinia. - Overall, for a 5 star hotel / resort comparable to other similar destinations we'd visited, we expected considerably better service, more professional customer facing staff, and a customer-first approach
