Premier Inn West Bromwich Town Centre (New Square)

This is a lovely hotel that we chose due to price and proximity to the M5, as we were travelling from the South West to the North West and needed a base for a couple of nights at the half-way point without diverting too far off route. We were pleasantly surprised on arrival to find free parking on site as the hotel website suggested that the parking was very limited and chargeable. Although the carpark isn't huge, we arrived after 9pm on both nights of our stay and there were a few spaces available. Should the carpark be full, there is a very large Tesco / shopping centre across the road which offers plenty of parking at a low cost. Check in was efficient and staff were very friendly in welcoming us. We had a lovely surprise on entering our room - a lovely handmade Easter card and a Creme Egg for each of us (we were a family of 4). We found this to be a nice touch that you don't expect from a budget hotel. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy and the beds comfortable. The only ******* were that our upstairs neighbours were incredibly noisy late at night (it sounded like they had kids jumping off the beds onto the floor) which wasn't the fault of the hotel at all but made it difficult for us to fall asleep. We also would have appreciated more tea / coffee / milk (although there are plenty of spares available to collect from reception, we needed to refill after a single cuppa, bearing in mind there were 4 of us in the room). As an added bonus, there is an Amazon locker located just outside the door to the hotel which was very handy when I needed to make an emergency purchase. I would absolutely stay here again.

Good location. Large car park and close to major link roads. Very clean and comfortable rooms, managed to have a good night sleep. check in was very quick & efficient, wanted to spend some time in the bar but unfortunately they wasn’t enough time.

When on arrival the lady assisted me called laverne she’s amazing friendly down to earth warming welcome and stay I will be back again ! Next time I’ll stay longer because the rooms are cozy and clean accessible and quiet nice calm area and nice to get away !

I had a very nice stay for three days here last month! Would stay there again :) The ladies at the checkin counter were very kind and helpful and did their best to check me in on site as I couldn't do it online. Thank you! I also loved the downstairs bar and restaurant, lovely place and atmosphere! Location is also perfect. Can't wait to visit again!

I stayed at this hotel for the first time with my mother and had a great time here and our host Karen went above and beyond to assist us. She is such a helpful worker and nothing is ever any trouble for her. Karen is professional polite and cheerful, she is well spoken and has excellent mannerisms. She takes pride in her appearance and work and radiates positivity. The rooms are clean and comfortable, we slept really well and the room was at the right temperature, it was bright and smelled clean and fresh. There is the addition of what looked like a sofa bed in the room. Queen's Square is just 5 minutes away which boasts various of shops including places where you can dine out/take away. We had a great view from our window of the lively city and the people here are friendly. I would 100% recommend this hotel as the staff are attentive and professional.

The hotel is conveniently placed and the reception staff are friendly however unable to resolve issues. We did not explain the family room was very small and the picture which was advertised on the website did not fit the description that was sold to us. They were not able to accommodate us in a larger room. The sleep was therefore uncomfortable as the room was cramped and we were all in each other’s way.

Easy to get to just off the motorway.clean and tidy plenty of extra coffee tea milk etc and a food dispenser incase of a snack great location, staff friendly and helpful good knowledge of the area Car park was free just had to sign it in

After seeing many adverts for premier inns there was an expectation and the west from hotel did not dissapoint massively delivered in all areas totally Happy with our stay and breakfast was great value and well presented and cooked

Friendly staff and guests! We were more than pleasantly surprised by the value of the room. The blackout curtains were a great detail. Having the restaurant down stairs and food available in the evening was most welcome.
