I would recommend this hotel for people who want something outside of the hustle and bustle of Barcelona. But understand that getting into the city via public transportation usually takes a good hour, and getting back at night is complicated unless you cab or Uber. The room we were offered was spacious, clean and comfortable. I slept very well. Breakfast was a treat with plenty of options. The pool area was pleasant. The hotel interiors could do with a cleaning however. I saw dirt and build up on the walls, especially outside by the pool, plus there was a leaky ceiling downstairs. All that said, the service team get high marks. I had two very unfortunate experiences with pick-pockets during my trip (be VERY careful on the Barcelona Metro!). The staff was quite considerate of my predicament plus helpful with advice and finding police stations. I was offered a very late check out for free as well, that made things just a bit easier. Much appreciated! Also, get to know Sant Just during your stay. It’s charming.
