Firstly the concierge at the front desk was easy to contact before arriving at the hotel. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary so I asked them to plan ahead whatever they could and they prepared some cake and a romantic bed setup. The front desk clerk was available at most times during the day if we had any questions or requests. The selected villa room was spacious and very comfortable. Room service did a good job daily and they were very understanding. The hotels facilities are pretty great. All maintained well. The location of the hotel is superb for yalong bay, it’s walking distance from the beach. The breakfasts weren’t bad either, and the breakfast time was up until 12:00 which is amazing. This was a fantastic experience and I’d recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Sanya for leisure.

Really good experience, if you are looking for doing nothing, only chilling and relaxing, this is one of the best places around yalong Bay. The room was clean and tidy. The staff was polite and always willing to help.

We booked a king-size bed room, and the front desk upgraded it to a family suite. The room was large and clean. It was cleaned every day, and the bedding was changed every day. There was a swimming pool right outside the room, and it was very clean. The location of the hotel is also very good, you can walk to the beach and the night market, it is very quiet at night, and it feels like a vacation.

Peaceful, beautiful, comfortable. Third time here. One complaint. In the morning I really had to rush to get back from exercising for breakfast before closing at 10:30. When I walked in at 10:10 staff started cleaning the name tags off buffet etc. The cleaner was even mopping around my feet while I was eating. People come here to have a holiday. I understand the staff have to do their jobs etc but breakfast should be a more peaceful experience. Previously I had the same issue with the breakfast.

The beach is just across the street, really close. There are some shops and cheep Chinese food nearby. There is a restaurant nearby 'Seasea' which is awful, don't go there. The room was really clean and nice. The staff was really helpful. Buffet breakfast was pretty delicious. Mostly Chinese food, but it was ok. The water in the sea was clean and really warm in August 2022. I will come back to this hotel!

The room was great, spacious and clean! It was super convenient to have a refrigerator and washing machine. The facilities were great and the price/performance ratio was very high! The community environment was nice and there was a swimming pool for swimming. The big villa inside was super nice. We went to the beach during the day and enjoyed the beautiful scenery in the community at night. The front desk service was great! They also lent us swimming rings. It took 10 minutes to walk to Yatai Night Market, and a few minutes to walk to the beach. I saw a bus at the entrance of the community, which seemed to be 349 Yalong Bay circulatory! The diving in Yalong Bay recommended by the boss was pretty good!

I really like this hotel, and I will choose to stay in the future because this time is a long stay, and the convenience and cost performance have to be considered. You can cook and wash your clothes yourself. There is also a yard downstairs to dry clothes. The hotel is in Yalong Bay, saying that it is only 700 meters away from the beach. It takes 15 minutes to walk fast. Afraid to walk, in addition to the online car, there is a bus stop at the door, directly to the beach of Yalong Bay. Sanya has been here six times before and after, and I am more familiar with Yalong Bay. For so many years, Baihua Valley is still there, and there is a coastal world next to it. There is also a Yatai business that is recruiting, eating and drinking all, Starbucks Naixuexi Tea McDonald's KFC a lot. The most important thing is that the price is not expensive, and it is only1.8 kilometers to the outlets. I didn't expect to spend in Sanya at the outlets. The boss is also very friendly, except for check-in and check-out, the whole process is not disturbed, as comfortable as at home. By the way, in addition to the swimming pool, there is also a gym in the community. After getting up early and shooting the sunrise, I went to the iron and it was comfortable!

The room is quite big, and the environment is not bad. But the facilities feel a bit old, the toilet flush and the door handle are a bit old, and charging is not very convenient, there is no socket by the bed, charging needs to be placed on the ground or in the living room. The deposit is a bit high. I only stay for one night. The deposit is higher than my room rate, which is not reasonable. The service attitude is not bad, I was in a hurry to leave, and the front desk quickly checked out for me.

There are relatively few eating and drinking facilities in the surrounding area. It is convenient to order takeaway. It is 1.8km to the beach, 2-3 minutes by taxi, and 15 minutes on foot.

The place is always appealing, with its magnificent gardens and fully immersed in a green and well-kept environment. Everything is very clean, both outside and inside the villas. The staff has been always kind and attentive to our needs. We especially enjoyed the abundant breakfast, sitting outside with a nice view over the quiet lake. Going to the beach and back is very convenient, thanks to the shuttle service, very effective and timely. We only regret we couldn’t enjoy the dinner buffet, because the music was always too loud, preventing any conversation. This can be easily improved.
