We had a very comfortable stay. As it is a resort island, most luxury hotels will be away from the city centre but this location is not too far away and taxis or Didi cars are readily available. Good Breakfast spread that extends till 1pm! Outdoor pool slippers are provided.

Hotel is old, don’t command the price point in my opinion even though it is sea view. I like the bathtub but the glass window that oversees the sea is quite dirty and not well maintain. Gym is down with no notice. The multiple pools is a nice feature. The close location to Sanya city is a plus I guess

Our butler Jessie (5432) made us feel welcome during our stay in the hotel. She helped us by promptly replying to our requests and helping with any issues we had. During our last day we even got a late check-out for free and free coffees while waiting for a taxi!
Our room was exceptionally clean. The AC is quiet and works very well. The hot tub fills up quickly and is very relaxing.
The breakfast is awesome both in variety and quality. I ate so much there that my next meal after that was a dinner.
The swimming pools, and the surrounding area are also very pleasant and clean. I stayed there for hours.

Amazing hotel. Staff is friendly, rooms are big, new and clean. Pool is amazing as well. Evening bar is very good, they also have some shows. 100% will recommend and will come back soon!

This is my second time at this hotel and I absolutely love it! Loved my room, the environment and diverse food. The breakfast time was from 7am - 1pm🤯🙃. I give this hotel high praise for such a flexible brealfast time. The staff was very warm, professional and friendly. Greta was very helpful and efficient. The location is very ideal and quiet. If I should go back to Sanya, I know exactly where to stay😊😊 this place is ideal for families, couples, friends, business and even singles.

We had a wonderful stay at the Autograph Hotel, made even better by our butler, Josie. She was exceptionally attentive and responsive to all our needs throughout the visit, we truly appreciated her care and service. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-appointed with excellent amenities. We would gladly stay here again!
