The staff was amazing and very helpful. I asked for early check in and immediately when the room was ready they texted me to come. The view is amazing and the bed is comfortable. Room is big and also shower. One thing thats i didn’t like is that when i entered the room there was a bad smell, but they came and put perfume to make it nicer. But day after i woke up and again was a bad smell from the skewer.

A great little place on the quiet side of Houhai, rooms are big, simple and beautiful, and plenty of hot water. The beach is quiet at high tide, low tide many people come to collect seafood from the silted sand, not a swimming and relaxing beach like the other side. Happy to recommend.

Coral Hotel on Wuzhizhou Island is a must visit hotel when travelling to Hainan. The rooms were very clean with fantastic amenities, however my biggest highlight was the lobby manager named Lan Rui. As I’m from an English speaking country he was incredibly helpful assisting me with any and all of my needs during my stay. He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was always comfortable, patiently helping me to translate my requests using his mobile phone and helped me on several occasions. First he kindly showed me how to buy drinks and snacks communicating with the staff, then when I asked about towels at the pool he personally took me there and showed me around plus let the staff know I wanted to swim and to look after me. On the day of checkout to my absolute surprise he rushed to return some cuff links I had accidentally forgotten in the room! When I was eating lunch in the restaurant struggling to eat with chopsticks, the staff advised they didn’t have cutlery. But guess who arrived in short time bringing a nice set of cutlery to save me? Lan! I was truly amazed and beyond grateful. He really is the definition of top tier service with a dedication for customer focus and satisfaction. Lan even assisted my friend and I bringing our luggage on the hotel electric shuttle bus and carried it onto the returning ferry! I cannot thank him enough. Words cannot express how happy I am to receive such amazing service. Thanks to Lan I will never forget my stay at the Coral hotel and cannot wait to return again. Thank you so much Lan for your amazing and incredible customer service!

The room is spacious and bright, facing the sea view directly, the view is first-class! The service of the service staff is OK. The hotel's food and beverage products are good, and the price-performance ratio is high in the scenic area! There is a beach in front of the hotel, where you can surf, which is convenient and suitable for children to play! The waves in Houhai are very suitable for children to learn surfing. Overall, the experience of this scenic spot is still good. I will continue to choose it for my next family trip.

Before coming here, I heard that the accommodation conditions in Houhai Village were relatively simple, but this homestay is very clean and sanitary. The terrace can see the sea view. It provides sightseeing bus pick-up at the entrance of Houhai Village, and there are drinks in the small refrigerator. The lady at the front desk is also very enthusiastic. It is a very good stay experience

Location: the hotel is very close to all the places in Houhai, it’s nearby party street. Depends if you like it or not. It is located between two buildings and most of the windows are facing walls so there is no daylight in the room. The photos show rooms full of light which is totally different in real life. There is a construction site next to the hotel so from 9:00 to late hours it’s very loud. Room: unfortunately we have chosen a small room which was claustrophobic. It was very dark because the window was facing the wall and the entire room was super smelly! I couldn’t breathe and sleep because of the cigarettes smell. Cleanliness: everything was clean and tidy. Service: staff is helpful and friendly.

The island cabin is an excellent experience, surrounded by green plants, facing the sea, and very comfortable to stay in, which completely exceeded expectations. The environment is very beautiful, with a bird wake-up service in the morning, and a little gecko appeared, pooping on the pillow twice, and slipping when running away, as if I could see the embarrassment on its face. It was so happy to enjoy the island privately after the tourists dispersed. Although there was only one dinner, the food was rich and delicious, and the breakfast was also good. I had a happy time and the children had a lot of fun. The electric car service on the island is very good, and everyone is very good. I would like to especially thank Liang Zhenkun 10029 for taking extra care of the children. Thank you

The service from this homestay was exceptional!! The front desk got in contact with me via wechat before my stay and arranged shuttle pickup from the entrance of the village. She answered all my questions promptly throughout my stay and was kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, towels clean and good. However I think the hotel could strengthen cleaning around the toilet floor a little better ( the toilet was a bidet & had seat warming, Inside was clean!) Also clean up the beach in front, it was very dirty and is a little sad to see. I read many reviews about noise complaints, but by 00:00 everything was quiet and peaceful ( or maybe I was very tired and didn’t hear) I enjoyed my massage chair immensely Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Before that, I traveled a lot around Europe and stayed in different hotels, some of them were good, some not so good. But no one has left me with such a wonderful impression as this hotel. This is literally the best hotel I've ever been to! Pros: 1. Momo and wonderful owners! Honestly, I have never met more hospitable owners! Thanks to them, in the hotel you feel as if you are visiting your family on vacation. Oneday I really wanted tea and the owner himself held a real tea ceremony for me, treated me to various delicious teas, completely free. And the best dog in the world - Momo - met me from the beach every morning. 2. The hotel itself is very stylish, our room was very beautiful. I took a million photos! Daily cleaning, very nice hair conditioners, water provided daily. 3. Location. You are away from the main party, you can walk along the beach, but at the same time go up to the hotel, where it will be quiet and peaceful! 4. Swimming pool! We spent most of the time in the pool, it's just gorgeous. The water is clean. The pool is being cleaned. You can also take a rubber ring in the pool and swim on it. 5. The girls at the reception are very nice, they always tried to help us and answer all our questions. We don't speak Chinese, so they always tried to translate for us so that we could understand. Cleaning was also excellent. Cons - there simply weren’t any. We liked the place so much that we will come here again and again. We are already looking forward to our vacation when we can return to HANA to Alice. Next time we want to book a room with a bath, it looks absolutely gorgeous! You can walk by this homestay while walking on the beach in Houhai, and you will be attracted by it. When you go to the hotel and ask to see the room, you choose this 180-degree exclusive room, and stay for one night to experience it. Driving from Haitang Bay to the Tenghai community is very traffic jam. It is recommended to arrive before 11:30 noon when the road conditions are better. The traffic jam will start at 13:00 in the afternoon. When you are about to arrive, contact the hotel to send a battery car to pick you up. Just wait at the drop-off point. The battery car will drive directly to the hotel entrance. Check in at 14:00. The invincible sea view ➕🛁 is irresistible, very considerate to provide bath balls and disposable bathtub bags, there are many surfers on the beach 🏄 very popular, the room is small and exquisite, with complete facilities, the corner sofa sitting next to the bed is very practical, It's just right for two people to live in. The white room is very beautiful, but there is the sound of decoration during the day, and the high music in the downstairs bar stops at 11:40 at night. There are various restaurants and bars near the hotel. You can experience it in Houhai. It feels great. The bar on the first floor of the hotel is still being renovated, and I look forward to seeing that the renovated smart housekeeper on the first floor is basically useless next year. It is more convenient to have a switch at the head of the bed
