Hualuxe was much better than we thought and the place was super convenient! Room was huge and clean and service was superb! Special mention to Xiao Yi (小依）who greeted us on the first day we checked in. She was super helpful and even went to extra mile to help us order food since we didn't have a china mobile number. Her customer service and friendliness + willingness to help was admirable especially in China. They even surprised my friend with gifts and cake for her birthday! Such gestures are definitely appreciated. Strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to go to Sanya!
