Friendly staff but room is too small if you have two luggages. Moderate twin room is better and staff is flexible to allow change of room type with a top up of the difference.

Location is hard to get in if it’s snowing or raining but fairly central. Staff look like they don’t want to be there nor help you, it’s like you owe them to be a guest like whaaaat. Very small rooms but I guess that’s normal for Japan?

Clean and convenient to food and grocery but room was very small, not able to move around after opening the luggage.

good location and very clean. But small room, No lobby for meeting a friend, but cafe which I should buy a drink to seat on it. No exception for buying a cafe. salty BF. All of my team complained with this hotel for the reason above. No recommend to my friends.

Very conveniently hotel on the arcade ***** of Sapporo. It is not in the main section so you can sleep at night but one block away from the action. Very modern and casual vibe hotel. Amenities included, privacy respected. Couldn’t see anything to complain about. Eateries all around, coffee on the ground floor is worth a taste.

This hotel is conveniently located in Tanukikoji Street which has plenty of shopping! The room was extremely clean and new. It has washing machines and driers which you can use at 500 Yen! Overall I would rate this place 4.8/5.0.

Very nice atmosphere from a cafe cum front desk!

Location was directly at where the dinner places and lunch places be at. Buzzing and a decent location to stay. Just that for families, have to take a train from sapporo station and a street car to reach the hotel. All was good and well. Service is normal. Amenities is fine.

Don’t miss out on trying "That Coffee" during your stay—it's the best coffee I’ve ever had literarry across the hotel door lobby and Akahoshi Ramen for 500 yen.

The hotel is very nicely located and clean . There are plenty of stores nearby.

Cosy hotel, likes the interior deco of the room and has a nice cafe at the lobby. Conveniently located near shopping streets, convenience store and restaurants. It is very near to the bus stop where we could take an airport shuttle bus to the airport.
