"Facilities: Decent, but they provide disposable toothbrushes without toothpaste. Cleanliness: Could be better; there were grease stains on the curtains. Environment: Very close to the river, and the indoor environment is also good. Service: The front desk staff had a good attitude. However, it's been three days and my deposit hasn't been refunded yet. I'm also unsure how much they've deducted. It's unsettling."

"Ritz Carlton Perth is a wonderful hotel that pleases us in all respects. We believe it is the brightest gem in Western Australia. The accommodation is: - immaculately well maintained; - located in a vantage point shrouded in greenery and waters; - nice and comfortable house that puts it on the pedestal in the same league; - squeaky clean; - very comfortable mattresses. You are mollycoddled, from the very first moment you hit the sack; - Hearth, the fine dining restaurant, offers one of the best food in Australia! "I was a bit hesitant after reading the reviews, but I found this place to be a real gem. It's a bit far from the city center, but if you have a car, it's absolutely no problem. Parking is A$25 per night in the standard underground car park. You definitely need a car when visiting Western Australia. The hotel infrastructure is excellent; this setup would easily qualify as a five-star hotel back home. During the Southern Hemisphere summer, the indoor pool was closed, but the outdoor pool is accessible directly with your room key. You can ask the staff for directions. The beach is right downstairs, and you can spend a whole day there, just like the locals do. The ocean-view room was stunning; waking up to the sea view was amazing. The room was spacious and very clean upon check-in. However, the hotel is quite large, and the housekeeping on the second day was a bit slow; our room hadn't been cleaned by 4 PM when we returned, so we just grabbed fresh towels and skipped the cleaning. The breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. This area is a lively hub. Every summer, Western Australia hosts Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night markets, and Scarborough is where the Thursday night market takes place. The area around the hotel becomes incredibly vibrant, feeling like all of Perth has descended upon it. Downstairs, there are various restaurants, including a Thursday Special Steak deal, offering a 30% discount. A 300g steak for A$30-40 is an amazing and delightful deal. There's a Coles supermarket within a 5-minute walk, where everything is cheaper – anyone who's traveled to Australia will understand. Everything was so relaxing; I hope to come back soon."

"Although not many drivers like to drop off at the lobby because they need to reverse out the long driveway, there are plenty of luggage carts which definitely help to bring all luggage. The room is very good size, and bed is comfortable. Breakfast is excellent."

"Really enjoyed the hotel, we booked here as we had stayed at the vibe hotel in Adelaide . All very good except , breakfast in Perth advertises fruit juice it’s not it’s a surgery drink, yuk !! We were. Checked by a lovely lady, all good until I turned the lights on in the bathroom, lights were flashing, like strobe lights. Maintenance man came and said need an electrician which could be a few days., the lady who checked us in said we could change rooms , we decided to do so but went out for a walk first. On our return she was off duty and a male who was on was very rude he kept Insisting we didn’t need to change rooms the flashing light could be switched off as on a separate switch. I suggested the flashing lights could cause an epileptic fit. He kept insisting all the rooms had the same fault and he would take us to the room to show us how to get round the problem. I insisted on changing rooms because I could turn the wrong g light on in the dark. He then found a room but said he would go and check the room to see if that had flashing lights. We changed rooms but it was unpleasant and uncalled for , not good customer service!!! And spoiled our stay , after that if he was on reception we avoided him.all other staff were fabulous."

"Very clean, well kept apartment with the full amenities for a 3-night stay. We were checking in as a family of 2 adults and a child. Away from the hustle and bustle of the main Perth city centre, Joondalup was a peaceful getaway for us during the New Year celebrations. Reception was always friendly and helpful and paid secured parking was available. Thank you."

"The hotel's location is great, right in the city center with plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel environment and restaurant are also very good, and the rooms are quite spacious. However, there's significant room for improvement when it comes to room cleanliness. My bedsheets had stains on them when I pulled them back, and housekeeping didn't even clean the toilet! On the bright side, the front desk and restaurant staff were all very enthusiastic and polite."

"Very advanced homestay, fully self-service, there is a phone on the door when you arrive late, instructing you how to open the door with the code lock, the shared living room and kitchen are very large, breakfast is also self-service, milk and drinks are available in the refrigerator, two slices of prepared bread are toasted and eaten, washing dishes while looking at the swimming pool outside the window, it feels a bit like home. There are billiards and chess and cards to play, the yard is also exquisite and beautiful, very close to the beach, a very good choice"
