"The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient to visit the main attractions. The concierge staff were exceptionally friendly and responsible, truly commendable. Before checking in, I had noted some special requests, like wanting a room with a good view. However, when I arrived to check in that evening, an Indian-looking male duty manager with glasses told me they hadn't received any such notes and that the hotel was fully booked. He then proceeded to suggest that a room with a better view would require an upgrade fee, and so on… His attitude was also very cold. The poor view from my room for all four nights was a definite letdown."

"Very advanced homestay, fully self-service, there is a phone on the door when you arrive late, instructing you how to open the door with the code lock, the shared living room and kitchen are very large, breakfast is also self-service, milk and drinks are available in the refrigerator, two slices of prepared bread are toasted and eaten, washing dishes while looking at the swimming pool outside the window, it feels a bit like home. There are billiards and chess and cards to play, the yard is also exquisite and beautiful, very close to the beach, a very good choice"

"Amanda, who checked me in, provided excellent service and upgraded me to a Langley Park view suite. The executive lounge offers incredible views, and the food, especially dinner and the evening desserts, was great. The room was beautiful, and the night view from the 180-degree floor-to-ceiling windows was absolutely captivating. The infinity pool on the upper floor provides a prime view of Elizabeth Quay. Another experience that exceeded my expectations!"

"Highly recommend. 1. **Excellent Location:** Situated in the CBD, right next to the Westin Hotel, making it incredibly convenient to get around. There's a Red Cat Bus stop nearby, and the pedestrian street is also within easy walking distance, as are many other attractions. 2. **Parking:** I didn't drive, but there's a large parking lot next to the hotel, which would be very convenient for those who do. 3. **Spacious Rooms:** I stayed near the pedestrian street for the first two nights, and that hotel was small and expensive. In comparison, for the same price, the rooms here are much larger, and the service is good. The convenience is about the same, so I'd recommend this hotel more. 4. **Minor Issues:** The toilet flush sound insulation could be better; the flushing from the next room early in the morning did disturb my sleep. However, overall, it's not a major issue. Guests generally seem quiet, and I didn't encounter any noisy neighbors in the middle of the night. 5. **Amenities:** There's a refrigerator, which is very convenient for storing milk, fruit, and yogurt for breakfast and dinner. 6. **Tour Pick-up:** When staying here, most day tours offer doorstep pick-up, which saved a lot of hassle compared to taking a taxi to a meeting point. Recommended."

"Perfect nice location to stay… amenities were all in close proximity… underground parking made rainy days really convenient especially with a toddler.. shout out to the receptionists! They were all really friendly and helpful… Good size rooms but some attention to details would had made the stay a little better… one of the bedside lamp and toilet mirror lights were not working… the shower drainage seems to get choke occasionally while showering.. Housekeeping needs some improvement as we had daily different incidents… example one day we had the bed side tables pushed out of position… another day we had all the pillows dumped on the sofa seat… body lotions were not refilled… The restaurant on the top floor had really good food and the view was really amazing! Oh and there’s a nice small pool on the top floor as well.. sadly it was a little cold and we did not had the chance to use it… Overall was a pleasant experience with some minor hiccups.."

"A little hideaway in the Perth suburbs. It was a lovely stay with very friendly staff. The only let down was the bathroom, it wasn't an enjoyable shower first thing in the morning being scalded and then then chilled continuously. The mirror is so old that it's been cleaned so much that the reflective surface is getting rubbed off."

"The room was very clean. The front desk service was very friendly and helpful. I had no complaints. You get what you pay for. Overall, it was clean and tidy, but definitely not as beautiful as a five-star hotel."

"Cons: parking a bit limited, unsecure. Elevator is functional but a bit scary for my partner. A microwave or similar would have been nice? Or even just cutlery? In places, property is showing age but within reason. Noise through floors/walls from other guests, even closing doors a floor above is very audible let alone TV/etc Shower head needed descaling and was a bit erratic Pros: On beachfront, although our view was a bit obstructed. Dining next door has always been excellent, great food. Room was large, functional, and quite clean and pleasant. Bed was comfortable, pillows pleasant and linen clean. Check in and out was easy and simple. Overall, I'd stay here again and plan to book a room again in December. Our 2 nights here were great, and watching the water from our table having dinner in the rain was fantastic. If you're expecting a 5-star resort, you'll be dissapointed. If you want a clean, large, comfortable room, in a good location and easy access to good food (recommend the fish and chip shop 5 mins away), and just a pleasant beach front stay? Book here."

"The location was superb close to amenities, walking distance to most destinations. Breakfast was good although it is the same daily. Hotel was clean though a liitle too old,Bed was comfortable. Had a great view. Most importantly the staff were amazing and very helpful. Thr price was affordable and fair."

"I was a bit hesitant after reading the reviews, but I found this place to be a real gem. It's a bit far from the city center, but if you have a car, it's absolutely no problem. Parking is A$25 per night in the standard underground car park. You definitely need a car when visiting Western Australia. The hotel infrastructure is excellent; this setup would easily qualify as a five-star hotel back home. During the Southern Hemisphere summer, the indoor pool was closed, but the outdoor pool is accessible directly with your room key. You can ask the staff for directions. The beach is right downstairs, and you can spend a whole day there, just like the locals do. The ocean-view room was stunning; waking up to the sea view was amazing. The room was spacious and very clean upon check-in. However, the hotel is quite large, and the housekeeping on the second day was a bit slow; our room hadn't been cleaned by 4 PM when we returned, so we just grabbed fresh towels and skipped the cleaning. The breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. This area is a lively hub. Every summer, Western Australia hosts Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night markets, and Scarborough is where the Thursday night market takes place. The area around the hotel becomes incredibly vibrant, feeling like all of Perth has descended upon it. Downstairs, there are various restaurants, including a Thursday Special Steak deal, offering a 30% discount. A 300g steak for A$30-40 is an amazing and delightful deal. There's a Coles supermarket within a 5-minute walk, where everything is cheaper – anyone who's traveled to Australia will understand. Everything was so relaxing; I hope to come back soon."
