"My experience at Yue Wei Zhi Rong Hotel was absolutely perfect, a definite five-star recommendation! The ambiance is elegant and grand, the room was clean and comfortable, and the bedding was soft. The soundproofing and natural light were excellent. The service was warm and attentive, from check-in to check-out, it was consistently thoughtful with great attention to detail. The location is convenient, making travel a breeze, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. I felt both safe and comfortable during my stay. I'll definitely choose this place again. "This hotel absolutely deserves a five-star rating! The environment is exceptionally nice, with soft, non-glaring lighting in the hallways. The rooms offer a fantastic view, and the windows are quite large. The facilities are comprehensive, including Wi-Fi, a laundry room, and a gym (though you need a card to enter). Cleanliness is also good; the tables are spotless, and the towels and bath towels are soft and reassuring. The service is incredibly attentive; the receptionist is super patient and always has a smile on her face – so comforting!"

"The layout of the room, with no physical barrier between the toilet and the rest of the room, was really uncomfortable. On top of that, there was a persistent strange smell coming from the toilet. Breakfast was just average. Also, it mentioned a minibar, but the fridge wasn't plugged in and was completely empty. If there are no drinks provided, I think they should remove 'minibar' from the description altogether. Everything else was pretty good though."

"This hotel is really great! It's clean and minimalist, and the bed is super comfortable – just the right balance of soft and firm. The bathroom is a wet/dry separation design and very clean. They have a laundry room and a gym, and on the first floor lounge, there's a complimentary book bar with various teas and coffees, which is a very thoughtful touch. There's an underground parking lot, and it's surrounded by a commercial area, so shopping and dining are incredibly convenient. Right in front of the hotel is a food street, and Miao Tan Grilled Fish is only about 100 meters away. Definitely five stars, highly recommend!"

"The hotel staffs are very helpful and professional. The most pity thing is a breakfast. When I visited the restaurant, there were so many people there. So, retuned to the room, and revisited the restaurant after 9:00. What I was so surprised is that many restaurant staffs are trying to prepare to close the restaurant after 9:30 even though there are still many guests in the restaurant. Many of the foods are already run out or cleaned out of the restaurant. It was really uncomfortable even though they mentioned that the restaurant is available until 10:00. I had to eat breakfast so in a hurry to help them clean up the restaurant. I hope they start the process of closing the restaurant after all the guests have left the restaurant."

"The hotel boasts a prime location, very close to West Street, making it perfect for an evening stroll, enjoying the night view, and dining – all in one convenient spot. The parking lot is large and easy to find. The breakfast was fairly plentiful, but the attitude of one of the staff members was a bit off-putting. My husband asked for hot water, and while most restaurants should provide boiled water, this staff member, without even looking at us, simply said no. We asked where, and she said there was some in the lobby. My husband then took the cup to the first floor (the restaurant is on the third floor), where the front desk staff said they didn't have any, but the restaurant on the third floor did. My husband immediately became agitated; this kind of pass-the-blame service is rare in a star-rated hotel like this. Eventually, the front desk staff boiled some water for my husband, resolving the issue. (You might ask, ”Why didn't you boil water in the room?” Well, we were checking out immediately, and we had just finished the water in the room, so we didn't want to ask the staff for more, thinking it would be easier to get some from the restaurant. Unexpectedly, it caused us a lot of frustration.)"

"It was very speechless. I communicated with the hotel two days in advance. I wanted a glass bathtub room. I asked the name and booked the room the next day. On the third day, I didn’t book the glass bathtub room type. I asked the front desk to tell me that I had decided to go out. Isn’t it? Didn't I decide after I finished asking? I came and told me that others had been set in advance, and there was no more. . . One working day, many rooms on the floor were not lit. I told me that I had set it out, and there was no more. . . What is the point of me asking in advance? The shower room does not enter the water, and the water is almost to the feet after washing my hair. I can buckle the two sewers by myself. Even if I buckle it, I have to slam the baffle of the water to run normally. I don’t know what bugs are in the room. I bit two big bags on my leg, hard and itchy. The ointment was not eliminated. The sound insulation is not good. The sound of the dryer at 12 o'clock in the night can be heard clearly, and the man next door is still chatting after two o'clock."
