"The hotel's front desk is conveniently located on the 12th (top) floor, which felt bright, clean, and quiet. Check-in was incredibly efficient. The elevators require card access to your specific floor, which is great for privacy. The front desk staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming; they even offered a room upgrade and provided complimentary parking vouchers. Breakfast was extensive, delicious, and offered a wide variety of options, plus there was an ample supply of free takeaway coffee. After using the self-service laundry, staff would even fold our clothes and proactively deliver them to our room. For consecutive stays, they proactively offered room cleaning without us even having to ask. Even food deliveries were swiftly brought to our room by robots. Our room was well-appointed with an automatic bidet toilet, and the mini-fridge had complimentary sodas and bottled water. The smart TV allowed screen mirroring, perfect for playing our kids' favorite cartoons. But the absolute best thing, and I cannot stress this enough, is its incredible proximity to many scenic spots. Over two days, we easily visited Jinmeng Beach, Qinhuang Alley, took a boat from Huanle Bay Dongshan Bathing Beach Pier, and ended our trip at Shitang Road Market for delicious seafood and souvenirs. Each time we returned to the hotel, it was such a comfortable and relaxing experience."
