"Big thanks to Eva for upgrading us to a suite; she was incredibly warm and friendly. The housekeeping staff was also very kind and helped me find a buckwheat pillow. It's really cool up here in the mountains, about ten degrees cooler than Beijing, making it perfect for a summer escape from the heat. There's a shuttle bus service to the high-speed rail station and the forest park, though we didn't catch it. Taxis are also very convenient, so if you prefer more flexibility, you can easily just take one. Breakfast was good, and dinner featured Southeast Asian cuisine, along with some sashimi – pretty standard fare for a Crowne Plaza. The balcony was nice, but there were a lot of bugs due to being in the mountains. I imagine it would be better in winter. There are a few restaurants within the resort, though dining options are a bit limited. We ate out one day and at the hotel the other, and both were decent. There's also a small convenience store where you can pick up some drinks and alcohol. There's a library at the top of the mountain, accessible by the resort's cable car, and the views from there are absolutely stunning. The forest park is great for hiking; it's not too hot and the sunshine is lovely. You can also drive up to the summit for photos, where the scenery is beautiful with lots of trees – truly a natural oxygen bar. We'll definitely come back here for our next vacation!"

"With Beijing's summer temperatures soaring to almost 40 degrees Celsius, Chongli is the perfect family retreat to escape the heat. We first stayed at the InterContinental in early April and had a great experience, so we didn't hesitate to book it again. In July, Chongli enjoys pleasant temperatures between 10-25 degrees Celsius, with high, clear skies and a refreshing breeze. It's truly an ideal climate for escaping the summer heat, and it certainly didn't disappoint. The hotel offers ample underground parking, perfect for guests traveling by car (access through the Even Hotel next door). It's also just 2 km from Taizicheng High-Speed Rail Station, making it convenient for those arriving by public transport. With Thaiwoo Ski Resort only a 5-minute drive away and Yuncui Mountain Town also nearby, the hotel boasts an absolutely prime location. The guest rooms are decorated with natural, rustic wood and stone, creating a classic European ski chalet ambiance that provides a unique visual and tactile experience. The rooms feel new yet are remarkably eco-friendly and entirely odor-free. They come equipped with high-end amenities like TOTO smart toilets and Dyson hairdryers. Our suite featured a sofa bed that unfolds to 1.5*2 meters, perfectly meeting our family's accommodation needs. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep for everyone. The hotel offers a well-equipped gym, a swimming pool (a truly rare amenity in the Chongli area, open from 10 am to 10 pm), and a kids' club (open from 10 am to 7 pm), perfectly catering to the needs of both adults and children. The hotel's Caifeng Chinese Restaurant uses fresh ingredients, offers delicious cuisine, and provides wonderfully attentive service. We enjoyed both lunch and dinner there, and our entire family was full of praise for it. The hotel's service truly stands out, ranking among the best in its class. From being personally escorted and having our luggage delivered to our room upon arrival, to the efficient check-in process at the front desk, and even the well-organized seating and attentive introductions at the busy Chinese restaurant – every interaction highlighted the staff's professionalism and genuine enthusiasm. Furthermore, the hotel employees were exceptionally friendly towards children, which is a massive plus for families traveling with little ones. We'd like to extend a special thanks again to Alyssa and Wade for their thoughtful and high-quality service. "Children love the Mike fox challenge inside the room. The hot spring is great. Staff are friendly. Huge selection at the breakfast buffet. A small inconvenience was the hotel shuttle bus left without us despite telling the hotel staff with the sign board that greeted us at the train station. On our return trip, we realised that there was no signage on the hotel shuttle bus."

"Let me first say the conclusion. I am quite satisfied with Building D in Nanshanli! The details are as follows: 1) I have high requirements for accommodation. The newness and environment are the primary considerations. I am very satisfied with Building D in Nanshanli. The room is quite large, the bed is very comfortable, and the linen quality is also good. The only shortcoming is that the bathroom is a bit small, but it is acceptable. 2) Service: Miss Miao Xinrui's service is particularly good. Before going there, I also booked another hotel of the same grade (I directly cancelled the other reservation after hanging up the phone: p). I called to ask about the situation. It happened that Miss Miao answered the phone and introduced the hotel situation in detail. I paid in advance and locked the room in Building D. She also answered many of my questions and helped me upgrade the room. The reserved room has a great view. After checking in, my family praised it and said that they would like to come to Nanshanli in the future! What a great experience! Special thanks to her! 3) Hygiene: Not bad, the maintenance level of the room is also OK. 4) Hot spring: To be honest, the hot spring service and hygiene are really not good. The water indoors is too dirty. It is recommended to go to the outdoor bar, which is a little better than the indoor bar. There is a small pool indoors, which can accommodate more than 20 people. . . There are three outdoor pools, with an average of 4 to 5 people per pool. 5) Fengwei Restaurant on the 2nd floor is not delicious! Everyone choose carefully! The ski equipment hall is upstairs after check-in, and there are several restaurants. It is very convenient, but it is really hard to wait for the elevator during peak hours! There are only two elevators, which is not enough for guests staying in the hotel!"

"What surprised me most about this hotel is the service. We arrived at the hotel at around 4pm and there was no suitable room for us to check in. Seven Li (Li Yunhao) was very polite to answer our questions and enthusiastically helped us solve them. He called us as soon as he got the room number to check us in. It really puts customers first. "It's that time of year again for our annual summer retreat to Chongli! We returned to our familiar spot, Fulong Town Rejuvenate Hotel, and were once again greeted by Xiao Yu from the front desk. The familiar surroundings, friendly faces, and welcoming atmosphere truly make it feel like coming home! The hotel is consistently excellent. Our room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed. Every staff member greeted us warmly, making us feel completely at ease and truly at home. The Polar Bear Paradise remains a fantastic haven for kids. It's safe and reassuring for children to play, while adults can relax nearby, watching them and even enjoying some screen time. For parents, this is an incredible bonus, offering a much-appreciated moment of temporary peace and quiet. This visit, we also made sure to catch the grand circus. It was a huge hit with the kids, and the various animal performances were spectacular and definitely worth seeing! It's truly a wonderful place, whether you come for skiing in winter or to escape the summer heat. See you again in winter, and we'll definitely be back next year!"

"I have stayed in many hotels under Ascott. Oakwood Suites in Chongli is quite satisfactory and has a high cost-effectiveness. There was a pre-adjustment call on the day of check-in to inquire about the check-in time and itinerary. The front desk was proficient in check-in procedures. Jiali & Yamin provided warm and thoughtful service. The first impression was very good. The room was arranged in the middle of the corridor on the second floor. The suite of about 55 square meters seemed a little cramped, and the space was not fully utilized, but the overall decoration and facilities were very advanced, and the full set of Panasonic appliances had a very good texture. The American Standard Washlet in the room was very easy to use, and the water temperature in the shower area was difficult to control. It was almost impossible to adjust the cold water during the stay. The breakfast was of medium level, the dining table was small but basically everything was available; however, the temperature in the restaurant was too low, and the food was all cold when it was served. Overall, I was quite satisfied with the stay. The only drawback was the lack of parking space and the few shuttle buses to the surrounding ski resorts. Others were quite satisfactory. Worth recommending!"
