Scenic Hotels in Incheon

"Exit Cloud West Station at Exit 1, and you'll see it on your left! I specifically took a picture of the shuttle ticket in Photo 1 for everyone to see! I noticed the driver asked all the Chinese people for their tickets, and everyone said they didn't have one! Then he had to check everyone's reservation information one by one! He's patient when there are fewer people, but not when it's crowded! Plus, the driver doesn't speak English! So, you can ask for the next day's shuttle ticket when you check in! It's best to book it yourself on their website in advance! I've seen posts saying that there aren't enough seats and some people had to get off without a ticket! So, it's better to do your homework."

"The room is much larger than those in Seoul, and there are many great food and shopping options nearby. The staff were incredibly patient and even helped me call a taxi. The only downside is that toothbrushes weren't provided, which I understand is policy, but hotels in Seoul usually have them. Also, a free shuttle bus would have made getting here a lot more convenient."

"I stayed at Paradise Hotel Incheon because of its convenient location near Incheon International Airport. The best part was the free shuttle bus from Terminal 1. t departs from **Gate 3** from Terminal 1 and need to across the street go to 3C stop. Don't wait at the front of the bus stop 3C—the hotel shuttle stops near the far end. I waited at the front and almost missed it. I also noticed many people without luggage taking the same shuttle, and later realized they were probably going to the hotel's ******. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly. However, I had some difficulty finding the reception because the hotel is huge and divided into different wings (Red Wing, Purple Wing, etc.). The minibar is complimentary and includes bottled water, one pack of almonds, two gummy candies of different sizes, tea bags, and coffee. Considering the room price, I expected a little more. Instead of two gummy candies, it would have been nice to have something like a small bottle of orange juice. The biggest disappointment was the toilet. It flushes automatically after about 6–7 seconds, as stated, but the flushing process takes a long time and is quite weak. I often had to stand up multiple times before everything worked properly because the water pressure was not strong enough. The bathtub also had a few hairs in it when I arrived, so I decided not to use it. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept well. Breakfast is served on the first floor and costs an additional 75,000 KRW . There was a wide variety of food, and the quality was good. However, it was quite crowded with families and children. I stayed over the weekend, so that was probably the reason. The hotel suggests the guests to go there before 8.30 am to avoid crowd. The hotel also provides a small booklet with various discounts and benefits, including discounted ****** membership, discounts at Lotte Department Store, and one free baggage drop-off service for selected airlines. I found this booklet useful. One important thing to know is that, under Korean regulations introduced in 2024, disposable toothbrushes and razors are no longer provided free of charge. If you use the hotel's toothbrush, it costs 2,000 KRW. I experienced the same policy at other hotels in Korea. I did not have time to use the swimming pool on the third floor. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The location, free airport shuttle, comfortable bed, and breakfast were the highlights. The only major downside was the weak and slow-flushing toilet."

"I arrived late at the airport so I stayed nearby. The room was very clean, and the self check-in/check-out process was convenient. There are many restaurants around. It's a bit far from the subway station, which could be an issue if you have a lot of luggage."

"I needed to return to the US and had an overnight layover near Incheon Airport! The hotel room was new and very clean, and they provided 2-3 complimentary bottles of water upon check-in. The shuttle bus to and from the airport was very convenient, but be aware that it only goes to T2 once an hour, so plan your time accordingly! Paradise City next door is affiliated with this hotel, and they share the same shuttle bus service. There's a shuttle bus every 20 minutes from the airport that can drop off Hyatt Regency guests at Paradise City for some fun – it's only a 5-minute drive. Paradise City has everything you could want for dining, drinking, and entertainment!"

"The hotel was busy, mostly with Korean locals. The boardwalk outside was great for a walk and watching the beautiful sunset, with planes occasionally flying overhead but not too loud. The hotel offers a free, punctual shuttle service to Incheon Airport, and the driver helps with luggage. The buffet dinner was absolutely fantastic, exquisite, and the ingredients were fresh; they even offer a discount after 8 PM. Although breakfast was crowded, the numbering system for dining was well-managed and orderly."

"Traveling solo, my stay at this hotel far exceeded my expectations. The room was meticulously clean, and the hotel's location was excellent, making getting around very convenient. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and friendly, making communication a breeze. The room amenities were new and complete, and the twin room was spacious, providing a comfortable and secure stay. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit."

"I stayed at Hotel Ocean Park Nine near Incheon Airport and was very satisfied with my stay! It’s a great option if you need a place to stay before or after a flight. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it easy to get to. The room was clean, cosy, and spacious enough, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I especially liked the beautiful view and the pleasant atmosphere of the hotel. After a long journey, it was a really comfortable place to relax and get some good rest."

"Wow! Art Paradiso was absolutely stunning and the service was unmatched. The hotel and surrounding premises are grand, sleek, and incredibly cool to look at. The hotel itself is gorgeous- dark, artsy, sophisticated. Our room was huge and the vibe was sublime.  The staff were so nice, professional, and accommodating. Check-in and check-out were both seamless. The welcome drink in their bar was a nice touch! They also left us a dessert plate in our room, but we unfortunately had to turn it down as we’re vegan. Instead, they created a special fruit plate and delivered it to us! That was so nice of them.  We only stayed for 13 hours due to our travel plans, but I highly recommend you to really savor all Paradise has to offer. I can’t wait to come back and experience their spa, restaurant lounge, shopping, theater, and ******!"

"This unit features a central air-conditioned three-bedroom and one-living room layout. Two of the bedrooms have double beds (one of which includes an en-suite bathroom and balcony), while the third room, though windowless, is spacious enough for two futons. The living room comes with a kitchen and dining table, making it an excellent experience for a family of four traveling with elderly members."
