"The inside of the accommodation is clean and very well maintained.
I chose the kids family room because I had kids, and it was convenient because it was equipped with toys and the interior design was tailored to children.
The breakfast menu also has a good variety. Parking is somewhat limited in the hotel, so sometimes you have to park in the second parking lot or on the road outside the hotel. The swimming pool was warm because it was a heated pool, but the temperature was chilly in early March so I couldn't play for long. There was a movie playing near the pool and fun music, so the atmosphere was nice.
Afterwards, I ate a lot of chicken and beer.
The disappointing thing is that the indoor heating was so hot that I slept poorly. It seems like the heating temperature is not controlled well.
I want to visit again next time"

"It's so good because it's an exotic hotel with ocean view.
Breakfast was clean and delicious too.
Hot water is too much? It was a pity that it was a little difficult to adjust the water temperature because it came out well, but if you want to travel to southern Jeju, this is the perfect accommodation.
I will stay here for more than a day next time!"

"The hotel has a modern, trendy aesthetic, making it very photogenic. Our ocean-facing room was a bit small and dated; there wasn't enough space to fully open two suitcases simultaneously. The hotel pool is free before 11 AM; after that, reservations are required, with two time slots available. It's best to avoid weekends as it gets very crowded with local visitors. The front desk offers Chinese-speaking staff. Room service is managed via a self-service QR code system, which is quite convenient and hands-off. There's a convenience store to the left of the hotel, convenient for picking up breakfast. Jungmun Beach is within walking distance, though its sand quality isn't as fine as Woljeongri's, and there are hardly any shells. Both the Teddy Bear Museum and BHC Fried Chicken are conveniently within walking distance from the hotel. Directions to the pool are a bit unclear. For nearly 2500, the value for money feels a bit low. The ”most beautiful Starbucks” (Starbucks The Wave) is also nearby."

"It was great to be able to relax privately as it was located in a quiet place.
Every employee you encounter greets you with a friendly smile.
I was overwhelmed by the luxury of the lobby, so I looked around for a while.
I felt good because the welcome drink was delicious and beautifully prepared.
I was satisfied with everything.
1. The bedding was appropriately hard yet soft, so I had a good night’s sleep.
2. My mom was very satisfied with the breakfast, and of course it was delicious for me as well. I enjoyed it a lot. ^^
3. The temperature in the outdoor heated pool was so warm that you didn't want to come out, and with the laser show, music, and movies, I didn't notice the time passing.
4. I liked the sauna because it was compact in size, clean, and not crowded.
5. The exterior of the building, the outdoor landscaping, and the night lighting are just as cool as if you were in Europe (honestly, it's crazy...). I took a walk in the morning and evening.
6. The best is a real photography restaurant. No matter where or what you take photos of~!! This is a picture of life.
7. Friends, lovers, children + family, parents + family, alone... If you want a quiet rest of any type, I recommend The Sienna Resort."

"The hotel is good overall, quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast is also good. Opposite is a golf course, and many guests staying in the hotel go there to play golf. The guy at the front desk is very handsome, speaks very good English and is very elegant, as if he is an Oppa in a Korean drama. There is also a forest exploration trail next to the hotel.
The disadvantage is that the place is a bit remote (but quiet, the natural scenery is good and you can't sacrifice some convenience), there are no shops nearby, and you must eat outside before returning to the hotel.
The hotel is close to Hello Kiity Island, a few hundred meters walk, and other attractions require driving"

"By far the best hotel we stayed at in Jeju. We had the suit with a jacuzzi overlooking the ocean. We loved our room and the bed was heavenly.

"The hotel is quite far from the city center, so getting around can be a bit inconvenient. I'd recommend hiring a private car. On the upside, there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it very easy to grab food and snacks.
Breakfast is delivered to the room daily between 7:40 AM and 8:20 AM, which saved a lot of time. The breakfast itself was delicious, but after having the exact same meal for four consecutive days, it got a bit repetitive. It would be great if they could vary the menu every couple of days.
The hotel seems to have limited staff, and they don't speak Chinese. However, the young man at the front desk was incredibly patient, and all other staff members were very nice. One day, I forgot to hang out the 'make up room' sign. When I returned in the evening, a staff member rang my doorbell to collect the breakfast trays and even proactively asked if I needed more towels or other supplies. It truly felt like they paid great attention to service.
Now for a couple of downsides: In the sea view two-bedroom room, there's a connecting door between the two bedrooms. However, since the air conditioning unit is only in the hallway, you can't really close that door if you want the AC to cool both rooms, which can be a bit inconvenient. We booked two different room types, and I personally felt the Deluxe Suite was a bit better than the two-bedroom room."
