"A beautiful hotel in old town Bucharest! Even though I booked the cheapest room, it was really spacious and comfortable. I loved the bathroom and the room was very bright. Also, it was very quiet. There were only two other rooms on my floor and the sound insulation was good. I slept very well here. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was able to store my bag the next day while exploring the city. Very good hotel in a convenient location."

"Great location - within 10-15 mins walking distance from most of the main sites. There’s also a metro station about 4 mins walk for visiting the other sites. It’s also a 4 mins walk to the meeting points for most tours.
Hotel room - double bed was actually a double bed! :) Not two singles put together. Good amenities provided such as disposable slippers, shower gel, separate shampoo and conditioner, hand gel, body cream, face towels. Surprisingly no bathrobe was provided given the Hilton name but still a good hotel room overall.
Cleanliness - generally clean but have knocked 1 star off because a couple of the towels had other people’s hair on them when I arrived. However these were replaced with clean ones during room cleaning.
Staff - good level of spoken English and understanding. Most of the staff were friendly. They were able to accommodate my request for a quiet room.
Overall, I’d recommend this hotel for its convenient location."

"The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities, and a good location, very close to the train station by taxi. The sofa bed was comfortable when unfolded. We had an early high-speed train, so breakfast hadn't started yet. If you have an early train, this is an excellent choice."

"Excellent location, right in the center but away from the noisy areas. Everything is easily accessible on foot.
It's situated in a small square, which is convenient for taxis to drop you off right at the entrance.
The aparthotel is new and tastefully decorated. The room is spacious with a mini-kitchen.
The bathroom has a large shower (though the door opening inwards is a bit awkward).
The sheets smelled wonderfully clean.
They provide small individual portions of shower gel and conditioner, useful for a few days.
The staff are friendly.
The spa is nice, but the pool water was a bit cold.
Overall, definitely recommended."

"The toilet and shower room are separate, so if you want to wash your hands, you have to go to a different room. There's no bottled water in the room; you have to get it from the water dispenser in the hallway. I was on the 12th floor, and the water dispenser was broken, but no one answered when I called, so I had to go to the 11th floor to get water."

"In any self-respecting hotel, you would expect basic amenities like toothbrush holders in the bathroom. There were none, so we had to place our toothbrushes on the counter by the sink. Even simple items such as a shower cap were not provided.
Housekeeping entered every morning without waiting after knocking. During heavy snowfall, the hotel made no effort to clear a path outside, and we had to walk through snow and frozen puddles to reach our taxi, while other hotels had cleared walkways for their guests.
On our last morning, my husband went to buy a coffee and was sent to the dining room. When he made a coffee, a staff member immediately questioned whether we had paid for breakfast and called reception to check, without giving him a chance to say he would pay. She then loudly announced, “Sir! You haven’t paid for the coffee!” as if he were trying to steal. He paid immediately and didn’t even take the change.
Overall, this hotel is no more than a three-star property. Management seemed absent, and the staff were unprofessional and inattentive"

"Stayed for 3 nights in early September 2025. The hotel is located near the old town which is very convenient for sightseeing, as most of the places are within walking distance. It is refurbished from an old bank and retains the charm of the former building including a nice lobby which was previously the banking hall. They also have a vault with a bar within. The room was comfortable and had all the basic amenities including a safebox. They have USB charger built in as well. Wifi was fast. The hotel also does have a swimming pool in the basement with wet and dry sauna facilities. The old town is right behind the hotel.
Staff were professional and I managed to have slightly early check in thanks to a trainee lady (I did not catch the name) who took time to helped look for available room."

"Perfect spot for a Bucharest city break! The location is unbeatable—right at the edge of the Old Town, making it a 5-minute walk to landmarks like the Stavropoleos Monastery. The vibe is exactly what you expect from a Moxy: modern, energetic, and very social. The rooms are a bit compact but super clean and have everything you need for a short stay. Special thanks to the staff for being so welcoming. Great base if you’re planning to explore the city or heading onward to Sofia!"
