It's a great location and considering that it is a room on a boat on a canal, our room was surprisingly spacious. It was comfortable and well-equipped, including for self-catering, and it's within 100 metres of an Albert Heijn supermarket. It was also an easy canalside walk to some good restaurants. The owner/managers were most hospitable and welcoming, and it felt like we were being welcomed into their home which, I suppose is true. We had an excellent breakfast, and we used the B&B it as a base for visiting surrounding areas, Oudddam, Middelburg, etc. There is a little road noise if you have a garden-facing room, but nothing to worry about. We found the bed a little soft, but that's a matter of personal taste.
