Beautiful setting right on the boardwalk. In room: Very comfortable bed! Also a fridge but no microwave. Only drawback to me: an almost complete lack of horizontal space to eat or work on. This may be intentional, as it makes you want to go down to the lovely restaurant area. The restaurant is chic and relaxing with tasteful decor, fine food and an ocean view. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Rooms filthy and management unresponsive. Scaffolding is blocking ocean view and was not informed. GM never returned call.

Great experience. Beautiful hotel and I luckily had a room with a view. There was a little mix-up with my reservation, but the attendant calmly and carefully took care of it and found the error. There was some adjustment to the heating system in the room, but it was nothing to affect the overall stay. Lovely experience.

There was a light that would not turn off and I couldn’t sleep. The air was so loud. The guy at the front desk was really friendly. Besides that, definitely not a 4 star hotel

The king bed was hard as a rock in room 427 and there was not enough hot water for 2 people.
