The location is very convenient, and there is an elevator at exit 4 which is also near the accommodation. There are washing machines and dryers in B2. The room is still quite clean but there is a roommate that stashed all her items (messily) in between the alley of the two bunk beds, which make it slightly cramped and inconvenient as the sockets are also blocked. Have informed the reception about it the following day, but still persists until the person checkout. Overall still a good stay, the roommates we get is just based on luck.

I have a very pleasant stay at Mangrove Dongdaemun. The room is quite large to and easy to open up small/medium luggage. The location is also have perfect access, since it intersect with 3 of Seoul Subway Metro Line. For Airport access, there’s a bus stop across the hotel too. I have a pleasant rest during night, since the hotel vibes is quiet, even though it’s close to main road. Definitely enjoy my stay here!

Excellent stay overall. The self check-in process was very smooth. The bathrooms offer different configurations: some are combined, while others have separate toilet and shower facilities. It was very quiet, and the public transport links nearby were super convenient. There's so much to explore and shop around Dongdaemun, and we even managed to catch a light show at night.

It was very clean and quiet. I would definitely choose this place again for my next trip to Seoul. The location is absolutely fantastic. It's only about 100 meters from Dongdaemun History & Culture Park subway station. From here, you can walk to most major tourist attractions within 30 minutes, meaning you often won't even need to take the subway. Just watch their short video guide, and you'll immediately see how easy it is to get everywhere.

My stay this time was very comfortable. My dorm mates were all friendly, it was quiet, and I slept wonderfully. Staying in a hostel can be a bit of a gamble – sometimes you get inconsiderate guests who make it impossible to get any rest. But this place was fantastic, and its location is excellent.

I understand that this is a co-living concept so there are communal areas such as kitchen and laundry and other long-term stayers. I love the library and work station and roof top. This place is great if you are a solo traveller (especially female) and need a no-frills, clean and quiet place to sleep. The location is convenient, close to DDP metro station and a within walking distance to several malls. The airport limousine stop (6001) is just across the place, making travel extremely easy. Laundry is complimentary, which is great. Everything is self check in/out and online. A QR code is needed to access the lifts, communal areas and pin to the room. Perhaps, a key card and larger size towels would be great. 😆I still think it’s a great place and would love to stay here again.

Highly recommend staying at Mangrove Dongdaemun if you’re travelling on a budget and don’t want to spend a lot on hotels. Safe for solo female travelers too. Great location, only 5 min walk to the subway and close to shopping area and restaurants. Rooms are just the right size for one person and the room was clean and tidy.

The hotel looked exactly like the pictures, and we even had a view of Namsan Tower. I stayed there in May for a fan trip. Its location is super convenient, just a short walk to the subway station, and there's also a direct airport bus service to Incheon Airport.

I stayed in a single room one day and a dorm bed the next. Overall, it was a pretty good experience. The single room offered a nice view of N Seoul Tower from the window. I highly recommend the small, home-style Korean restaurant right next door; it became my go-to spot for brunch for several days.

Have stayed here multiple times. Will definitely return here in the future. Location is good and safe to return to past midnight. Near to 3 subway lines and airport bus. Free luggage storage and laundry service were provided also.

Mangrove is at a great location, near DDM exits and near the airport bus stops. I booked the 6in1 room and felt comfortable. There were three bathrooms in a room which was great. No need to fight! Everyone in my room was quiet and polite, which was great! The entire building was kept very clean and I appreciated the amount of spaces they have for people to do their work, chill outside of the room. I particularly love the view from the rooftop, can see N Seoul tower from there!

I stayed here for 1 night after watching a football match at late night. I checked in after 12 am and the self check in system was convenient and efficient. I could do it all by myself without any assistance. The public area QR code and the room password would immediately be generated by the system. However, I did not receive the email with those information for record. Luckily, I have capped screen and therefore I did not encounter any problem. The whole building and the room were bright, new and clean. The room size was suitable for 1 person and the large luggage can be opened freely in the room. The room had everything that you would need and the bed was comfortable. The shower area dried very quickly after usage. The only one thing that the hotel can improve is to change the toilet board into a larger size, since the current one is too small to cover the edges of the toilet bowl. In conclusion, I highly recommend and will choose to stay here again if I visit Korea alone again.
