I stayed at the FP Sheraton Gangnam several times, but writing a review for the first time.
First off, the staff was very friendly and accommodating- they upgraded my mother's room to a suite; provided a small welcome package; and assisted my parents with transportation to the airport.
The room was also very clean and big. The view from the room was awesome and the beds were very clean and plush.
As for the location, FP is walking distance from Garosugil and Apgujung-two of the most posh neighborhoods in Gangnam with great resturants, nightlife, and shopping.

Very bad cleaning by staff, sometimes forgot to put bathrobe, very bad cancellation of big windows, hear street sounds all night. Kind reception staff

This hotel is perfect. Staff is ultra kind, che l in very efficient.l Hotel room is very very clean gym is perfect ,very clean ,everything works well in the gym. Breakfast is excellent: chef made me special omelette only with white eggs as I prefer don’t eat yolk. Quality of food in breakfast is excellent. Salmon, mushroom. cold cuts: all is excellent quality. Rooms are large and very quite. Mattress is very comfortable. What can I say? I will come back for sure because this hotel and this staff are really really good: so when I come back in Seoul I will come back here for sure!
