I enjoy their breakfast service of coffee, toast, and egg. The owner is also very friendly.

It was a bit disappointing because the sheets were not so clean and the toilet was not regularly checked.

Because it is a homestay, the staff will be off work if it is too late, so you need to read the instructions to check in. If the staff is not there, you can check in by yourself. It is someone else's home, a small 4-story house, clean and safe. It is like living in a relative's home. Because the room seems to be separated, the sound insulation is a bit bad, but the neighboring room is not noisy, which is acceptable. It is far from the downtown attractions such as Myeongdong and Gyeongbokgung, but it is convenient for the subway. It is only 200 meters away from the subway. If you want to experience living like a local, you can make a reservation. 24guest house is on the right side of the picture.

It's a guesthouse that feels like home where you can stay without any burden. First of all, I think it's a big advantage that it's close to the station (about 5 minutes). I was able to stay comfortably for a long time (7 nights and 8 days) in a clean room with cute characters. I recommend a guesthouse that's easy to move around.

I didn't know it was a shared bathroom. I booked for several days in a row, but they didn't clean or take out the trash every day. I didn't know where the breakfast was and there was no one there.

You won't see the landlord except when you check in. You need to sort your own garbage. The air conditioner is terribly loud and there is no soundproofing so you can clearly hear the noise from next door. The room only has one bed and is very small. It's suitable for single friends living in a youth hostel. There is a convenient subway nearby. Breakfast is always bread, coffee and eggs, and the bathroom is shared.
