Good location and surrounded and shopping malls and also 5 mins away from underground shopping place. Very convenient and has direct access from B1 and level 5 to malls. Subway line 1 just 10 mins away walking distance. Well maintained room and public area. You can stream your phone to room TV. The Room Attendant were friendly and always greeted you whenever they meet you. The downside is they will ask you couple of times, "when can they clean the room everyday", in the morning when you meet them again at corridor. Understand they have the room cleaning quota to meet but need to do discreetly. Gym is well equipped. Good breakfast spread, Korean food and western food option. 

The hotel is very clean and tidy, perfect for germaphobes. It's also very solo-female-traveler friendly; checking in late at night felt safe, with no suspicious characters around. However, the street near the hotel can be a bit shady at night, so I recommend taking a taxi directly to the hotel rather than walking around. The front desk staff speak English, which made communication very easy.

This hotel offers an overall great experience. It's conveniently located with easy access to transportation. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient during check-in. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless, with plenty of hot water. It's excellent value for money, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to the area.

Booked this for a friend. Saw good reviews online, and the location is convenient. Among hotels of the same caliber, this one seemed the newest. My friend arrived and said they were very satisfied.

The front desk and housekeeping staff were incredibly nice, proactively greeting guests and always being polite and friendly. The room facilities were new and complete, ensuring a comfortable stay with good soundproofing. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, served by friendly staff in a clean environment. I was very satisfied with my choice this time. During holidays, the prices of low-end hotels in popular areas skyrocket, so I just went with this Courtyard. Anyway, Seoul isn't that big, and the subway is very convenient. The room was a good size, and the service was decent, plus it wasn't even that expensive. Downstairs at Times Square, there are countless restaurants, so you can eat whatever you want. Thumbs up. I might stay here again in the future.
